Chapter 98 – The Fountain of Life and the God Seeds

The atmosphere at the Lake of Life was thick with the weight of shattered belief and histories. The fierce beasts of the Star Dou Great Forest stood in a state of spiritual paralysis, their worldviews dismantled by Lakan's simulation of the Dragon God's fall. Still finding it hard to believe what they had just known. Gu Yuena, the Silver Dragon King, looked at Lakan with a vulnerability that contradicted her status as the ancestor of all beasts. She almost look like a broken dragon, and Lakan was the only one with the Chaos to mend her.

Lakan stepped onto the surface of the Lake of Life. Instead of sinking, the water crystallized into Silver Stone beneath his feet, forming a shimmering silver platform at the center of the lake. He gestured for Gu Yuena to join him.

"The Slaying Intent left by Asura's sword is like a cancer in your origin, Yuena," Lakan said, his voice resonant with the authority of the Nirvana Crystal Eye. "It feeds on your divine power, preventing you from ever reaching the 150-level threshold of a God-King. To heal you, I must restore your very soul sea."

Gu Yuena stepped onto the platform, her silver eyes meeting his. "Do what you must, Phoenix Sovereign. If the past you showed me is true, I have no desire to remain a broken remnant of a tragic past."

After hearing her, Lakan then unfurled his Ten-Headed Sovereign Wings of Genesis.

The Ten Headed Sovereign Wings of Genesis isn't just a normal External Soul Bone Wings. After the fusion of the two.exterjal Soul Bome Wings, instead of two wings, lakan has now ten Primary Law Feathers on each wing. Each feather is tipped with a different head or eye that can independently track enemies and Fire beams of Genesis Adarna Nirvana.

The first ability of the Sovereign Wings is called Ten Fold Nirvana. Each of the Ten Heads provide a layer of Life force. To truly kill lakan, an enemy has to destroy all ten heads of his wings simultaneously, otherwise he will simply undergo an instant Nirvana Rebirth.

The second ability is called Prismatic Flight, also called Dimensional Warp. By vibrating the Seven Tone Frequency through the Ten Headed structure, Lakan won't be simply flying, but he will slices through the fabric of space itself. He can achieve Instantaneous Acceleration that leaves a trail of Sonic booms and spatial cracks behind him.

The third and last ability is called Sovereign's Embrace. The wings can wrap around Laka to form an Absolute Law Shield. This shield doesn't simply just block attacks, but it can also Simulate the attacking element and uses it to strengthen itself.

Now the twenty law-feathers hummed, creating a localized resonance that shielded the lake from the prying eyes of the God Realm. He reached out, his hands hovering inches from Gu Yuena's chest.

"Chaos Bridge: Passive Nirvana Extraction!"

A pillar of prismatic light erupted from the lake, shooting into the sky and piercing the clouds. Lakan's Chaos Qi flooded into Gu Yuena, acting as a Universal Solvent that began to dissolve the jagged, crimson shards of Asura's killing intent. The pain was immense, Gu Yuena let out a draconic cry that shook the forest for miles. Her silver scales began to glow with a blinding intensity as the Slaying Intent was physically pulled from her body in the form of dark, blood-red smoke.

Lakan didn't let the smoke escape. He used the Solar Sovereign's Talon to vaporize the intent into nothingness. As the corruption left her, the Lake of Life responded. The water turned into a vibrant, glowing nectar of pure life-force, overflowing with the Harmony of the Dragon and Phoenix.

Gu Yuena's aura skyrocketed. She jumped from her suppressed state directly to the Peak of a 1st Class God (Rank 149), also known as the Half Step God King. While she wasn't a God-King yet—the world's ceiling still suppressing her—her origin was finally clean. She felt whole for the first time in millennia.

"It will take time to regain your full God-King status," Lakan whispered as he caught her, his own breathing heavy from the exertion. "But when I ascend to godhood, I will break the ceiling for both of us."

On the shore, Di Tian, Bi Ji, and the other fierce beasts watched as their Lord was reborn. They knelt, not out of fear of Lakan's power, but out of gratitude for his truth that he had ahown them.

Lakan stepped back onto the shore, his wings folding into his back. He looked at Di Tian, the Black Dragon King who had spent hundreds of thousands of years in bitterness.

"The war is over, Di Tian," Lakan announced. "From today, the Star Dou Forest is a province of the Spirit Empire. You are no longer beasts to be hunted. You are the Guardians of the Garden."

He produced several crystalline scrolls—Evolutionary Blueprints forged from his knowledge of the Soul Spirit system and his Chaos Qi.

"These will allow you to bypass the Heavenly Tribulations," Lakan explained. "By becoming Soul Spirits for the elite of our Empire, you will not die. You will evolve. You will become the foundations of a new divine order. Your souls will be anchored to the Empire's faith, granting you immortality without the need for the God Realm's permission."

Di Tian took the scroll, his golden eyes burning with a new purpose. "The Black Dragon Clan... accepts the Covenant of the PhoenixSovereign."

Lakan returned to the Agila, his body pulsing with the leftover energy from the ritual. Inside the ship's private sanctuary, Shui Bing'er and Zhu Zhuqing were waiting. They had sensed the change in the world's law during the healing of the Dragon.

"The time has come," Lakan said, his gaze softening as he looked at his two queens. "The traditional path to godhood is too slow. Tang San has the Sea God carrying him, but I will give you something better. I will give you the Seeds of the Sovereign."

He sat between them, his Ten-Headed Sovereign Wings unfurling once more. He began to condense his Chaos Qi and the divine essence of his Phoenix bones into two glowing orbs.

"For you, Bing'er," Lakan said, a pale-blue orb manifesting in his hand. "The God-Seed of Snow. It governs the Form and Atmosphere of the world. With this, if you ever, and I'm sure you will, gain the attention of the Ice Goddes, It will compliment the Goddess of Ice position you are destined to inherit. When you fuse them, you will not just be a Goddess of cold, you will be the Primordial Winter, the Queen of Entropy who can freeze the very flow of time."

"And for you, Zhuqing," Lakan turned to the obsidian-haired beauty, a deep violet orb appearing in his other hand. "The God-Seed of Shadow. It is the Medium of the universe—the living darkness that connects all things. If you also ever gain the attention of the God of Darkness, which I'm sure you will especially with this shadow seed, It will compliment the God of Darkness position. Together, they will collapse into the seat of the Goddess of the Night, the one who rules the absolute void between the stars."

Lakan pressed the seeds into their foreheads. The girls gasped as the energy began to take root. This wasn't a simple power-up, it was a God-Level Anchor. The seeds would act as a beacon, drawing the attention of the 1st Class Gods of Ice and Darkness in the Divine Realm.

If they know what's good for them, they will make them their inheritors. Once they pass on their God positions, the God Seed that has the law in them, will fuse with God positions, creating new Laws that would surely and without a doubt, evolve their First Class God Postions into God Kings.

"The Gods will come for you," Lakan warned. "They will see your potential and offer you their seats. And when they do, and the WILL, you will take them—not as servants, but as Sovereigns who have already mastered the Seed of their law."

As the Agila prepared to depart from the Star Dou Forest, Lakan stood on the prow once more. He felt the connection to Bibi Dong's Abyssal Void, Renxue's Prismatic Sun, and now the growing seeds within Bing'er and Zhuqing.

The world was no longer a collection of warring factions. It was a Garden, and Lakan was the Gardener.

"Gem," Lakan called out to his ship's spirit. "Plot a course back to Spirit City. We have an Empire to solidify and a Protagonist to watch. Tang San is likely finishing his second trial by now... let's see how he likes the Winter we've prepared for his return."

Bibi Dong walked up behind him, her hand sliding over his prismatic bone-armor. "The Silver Dragon King is healed, the Angel is reborn, and our Queens have their seeds. What is next, my Husband?"

Lakan looked toward the horizon, his silver sun-eyes glowing with the light of a thousand simulated futures. "Next, we prepare the world for the Final Reckoning. We're going to build a bridge to the God Realm, and we're going to walk across it as kings."
