Chapter 96 – The Apotheosis of the Ten-Headed Sovereign

Lakan's Bloodline Chaos Core acted as a cosmic crucible. On his back, two distinct energies roared: the explosive, crimson-gold fire of the Ten-Headed Phoenix Wings and the shimmering, prismatic silk of the Seven-Tone Divine Wings.

"Melt," Lakan commanded, his voice vibrating with the Nirvana Crystal Eye.

He retracted both sets of wings into his spine. The sound was like tectonic plates grinding together. Using the Seven-Tone Lotus Flame, he began the smelting process. He wasn't just joining them, but also was unbinding their original laws to forge a new, acausal existence. The raw, volcanic power of the Ten-Headed Phoenix—representing the pinnacle of physical destruction—was being woven into the Seven-Tone's law energy, which represented the pinnacle of spiritual authority.

The pain was absolute, but Lakan's Iridescent Constellation Vessel held firm. His skeleton, now Divine Phoenix Marrow, glowed through his skin like a constellation of stars. As the two structures fused, a massive pulse of Chaos Qi erupted, shattering every gravity-stabilizer on the Agila.

When the light faded, Lakan stood. He was no longer just a man, he was an Apotheosis.

*BOOM*

From all the Soul Bones that are 100 thousand yrs old and above, are enough for Lakan to breakthrough many levels.

81...84...88...90

Until it reached the Level 90 Bottleneck. But Lakan don't plan to get a Soul Ring yet. Not yet. As it would take time and he still have matters to do. Like attending a party and visiting a certain Silver Dragon King.

From his back erupted The Ten-Headed Sovereign Wings of Genesis. These were not feathers of flesh, but Law-Feathers—ten primary blades on each wing, each tipped with a crystalline Eye that blinked with the wisdom of the Adarna and the ferocity of the Phoenix. His body was encased in a Bone Armament, a sleek, prismatic armor of hardened soul-bone that made him look like a humanoid star.

His speed was now so great that as he took a single step, he didn't just move; he bypassed the frames of time itself. To an observer, he simply existed in two places at once.

The Great Hall of the Spirit Empire was a cathedral of obsidian and gold. Thousands of high-ranking officials, dukes, and Titled Douluo from the surrounding vassal states sat in hushed silence. This is the Banquet of Power, a celebration that felt more like a coronation of the world's new masters.

The doors swung open, and the temperature in the room plummeted, then spiked, then settled into a perfect, terrifying harmony.

Lakan walked in first. His Sovereign aura was so dense that the wine in the guests' glasses began to vibrate in Seven-Tone frequencies. Beside him was Bibi Dong, the Empress of the Abyssal Void. She wore a gown of liquid midnight, her Half-Step God-King presence making the very shadows of the hall kneel.

And then, there was Qian Renxue.

Renxue walked with a new, terrifying grace. Gone was the rigid, haughty pride of the Seraphim. In its place was the Prismatic Sun. Her six wings were now a refractile masterpiece, shimmering with the full spectrum of light. She looked at her mother and Lakan, a genuine, albeit regal, smile touching her lips. For the first time, she didn't feel like a shadow of her grandfather; she felt like a Star that had finally found its orbit.

She had not only made progress from her cultivation and Divine Trial, with her Martial Soul successfully evolved, the Angel God has already clarified. That upon her completion of the Divine Trials and successfully inheriting the Angel God Position, her God Postion would make a breakthrough and surpass the previous and original Angel God. Now her Ancestor was so eager to pass on the God Position early.

If it wasn't breaking the law of the God Realm, the Angel God would just pass it on to her like Asura did in the Original Story.

"The Sovereigns has returned," the Master of Ceremonies announced, his voice trembling.

The banquet was not about food; it was about the Audit. Lakan sat at the head of the table, his Ten-Headed wings folded behind him like a throne of blades.

"We are here to discuss the future," Lakan said, his voice echoing with the Seven-Tone Domain: Prismatic Nirvana. As the domain expanded 500 meters, the hall was transformed. Crystalline Silver Stones trees sprouted from the obsidian floor, and an iridescent mist filled the air.

Lakan has already awakened his Domain when he breakthrough level 70+. But just didn't get any opportunity to use it as no one else was strong enough to make him use it.

It's first ability is a passive one called Seven Tone Frequency. Any enemy within the domain will be subjected to the Seven Tone Resonance. Their soul power will begin to vibrate out of tunes. Because for minute they stay inside his Domain, their soul power consumption will increase by 20%, and their skill channeling time is delayed. While Lakan and his allies will receive a Harmonic Resonance buff, restoring their soul power and mental/spiritual power by 5% per second.

The second ability is called, Awakening of the Batong Pilak(Silver Stone): Petrification. Just like from the myth of Adarna from Lakan's previous life, he can command the ground to petrify the local laws, he also can turn the very space around an enemy into Silver Stone. But it's not a physical stone, but a Spatial Stasis. Any enemy caught in this won't doesn't just simply stop moving, but their time stops.

This would allow Lakan to land a Guranteed hit to his opponent.

The 3rd ability is called Elemental Recording. Through his Bloodline Chaos Core, he can recode the elements within his Doman. It's like if Tang San or any Sea type Soul Master uses a Warer type skill, Lakan can instantly Simulate the domain to become a Vacuum Void. Lakan effectively controls the Environment Variables of the battlefield.

The last ability that was just created after fusing all his Phoenix Soul Bones and fused both his External Soul Bones wings and created his Ten Headed Sovereign Wings, is called The Godly Evolution: Seventh Hue Singularity. After Lakan activate his Ten Headed Sovereign Wings withing his Domain, his Domain reaches its peak.

The 500 meter Garden will collapse into a single, blinding Rainbow Sun centered on Lakan. Within this sun, Lakan is the Creator. He can delete a Soul Skill from existence or create a 100,000 year soul beast phantom out of pure chaos Qi.

Yes, his Domain is powerful.

Now, under the passive effect of the Seven-Tone Frequency, the guests found they could not lie. Their Discordant soul power began to drain, making them feel small and exposed.

The silence was broken by the entrance of a messenger. He wore the high-collared robes of the Heaven Dou Empire, but his aura carried the hidden scent of the Alliance of the Five Shields. He was a Rank 82 Spirit Douluo, his chest puffed out with a false sense of diplomatic immunity.

"I bring a message from the Heaven Dou Emperor and the Grand Alliance!" the messenger proclaimed, his voice amplified by his soul power. "In light of the recent... changes... the Heaven Dou Empire declares a status of Absolute Neutrality. We will not be subject to your Soul Spirit observations or changes, nor will we allow Spirit Hall forces to cross our—"

"Neutrality," Renxue interrupted, her voice like the humming of a solar flare. She stood up, her prismatic wings unfurling. "You speak as if the sun asks the clouds for permission to shine."

The messenger stiffened. "I am a diplomatic envoy! By the laws of—"

"Your laws are based on the limitation of light," Renxue said, stepping toward him. "Our law is the Star Core."

She raised a finger. A beam of Prismatic Sun light hit the messenger. It didn't burn him. Instead, it Deconstructed him.

The hall watched in horror as the messenger's Soul Power—his very essence—was broken down into its base elemental components. His Spirit Rings didn't just shatter, they dissolved into raw, colored sparks. In seconds, he wasn't a Spirit Douluo anymore; he was a commoner, his cultivation literally un-written from reality.

"Neutrality is no longer an option," Renxue said, her voice echoing the regal detachment of a Goddess. "The Five Shield Alliance thinks they can hide in the shade. Tell Ning Fengzhi and your Old Guard that the Sun does not negotiate with shadows."

The messenger, now powerless and shaking, collapsed to the floor.

Lakan stood, his Domain intensifying. "The great change of the world has begun. My Prismatic Nirvana is now the Garden of the Continent. Those who harmonize with the Sovereign shall flourish. Those who vibrate in discord..."

He waved his hand, activating Active Ability: Awakening of the Batong-Pilak.

The space around the messenger and the Neutral declaration scroll turned into Silver Stone. It was a spatial stasis so absolute that even the dust motes in the air stopped moving.

"I have petrified the time of your declaration," Lakan said, looking at the vassal kings in the room. "It will remain here, in this hall, as a monument to hubris. When you return to your lands, tell your masters: The Sovereign doesn't want your taxes. He doesn't want your land. He wants your Truth (Tapat). If you lie to the world, the world will turn to stone beneath your feet."

Bibi Dong stood beside him, her hand resting on his shoulder. The resonance between the Half-Step God-King and the Apotheosized Sovereign was so powerful that the Spirit City cathedral began to glow with a divine, white heat.

"The Shrek Seven are on an island, praying to the Hypocritical God," Bibi Dong added, her Abyssal aura swirling. "Let them pray. By the time they return, there will be no world left for them to save"

As the banquet concluded, Lakan and his inner circle—Bibi Dong, Renxue, Bing'er, and Zhuqing—stood on the balcony of the palace, looking over the sprawling lights of Spirit City.

"Lakan," Renxue whispered, her prismatic eyes watching the stars. "I never knew light could be so... heavy. I feel like I can hold the whole city in my hand."

"That is the Weight of the Sun, Renxue," Lakan replied, his Ten-Headed Sovereign Wings twitching slightly. "You aren't just an Angel anymore. You are the gravity that will keep this Empire from drifting into chaos."

Lakan looked at his hands, feeling the Passive Nirvana repairing the tiny spatial cracks his movements caused. He is a Rank 90 now, but his quality was already rivaling the Gods, and he didn't even have his third Soul Core yet. He wont create his 9th Soul Ring yet, as his breakthrough is too fast that out might make his foundation unastable.

"We have one more observation or change, to perform before the final war," Lakan mused. "The Star Dou Great Forest. It's time to see if the Silver Dragon King wants to join the Garden, or if she wants to be petrified like the rest."

Bibi Dong smirked, her Abyssal Void humming. "I think she'll be a very interesting addition to our 'secret sessions', don't you, Lakan?"

Lakan laughed, the sound carrying the Seven-Tone harmony into the night. "Let's not get ahead of ourselves, Dong'er. But the Sovereign's Garden always has room for more... exotic flowers."
