Chapter 61 - Chapter 61 – Majicademy of Rising Stars

Mark Angelo stood at the edge of Majicademy's training grounds, smoking quietly as the wind carried fragments of mana through the air.

Around him, students trained relentlessly.

No weaklings anymore.

Only rising monsters.

In just a few months—

his students had evolved into 4-star prodigies.

Guilds across the continent had already begun sending letters of recruitment.

Some even calling Majicademy a "breeding ground for future kings."

One student stepped forward.

Peter.

Confident.

Arrogant.

Power already nearing the upper limit of his generation.

"…Two versus one."

A challenge.

Mark Angelo exhaled smoke.

"…Sure."

Peter and another elite student attacked instantly.

Mana surged. Spells layered. Combined assault techniques formed a perfect kill pattern.

Then—

a wave of water exploded across the field.

Not normal water.

A pulse.

A command.

"Awi Kari."

The name echoed once.

And everything stopped.

The water pulse struck both students instantly.

No resistance.

No delay.

Their mana collapsed on contact, like it had been erased from their bodies.

Both students were thrown back violently, crashing into the training field wall.

Unconscious.

Defeated in a single move.

Silence.

Mark Angelo took another drag of smoke.

"…Still weak."

The remaining students stared in shock.

"…That wasn't a 4-star move…"

"…That felt like an 8-star mage…"

Below the mountain range beyond Majicademy—

someone was climbing.

Slow.

Steady.

Unstoppable.

Snow filled his mouth with every breath, but he didn't stop moving.

Above the clouds—

a shadow passed.

Jessa descended.

Wings of Deformation unfolding behind her like broken reality stitched into flight.

She laughed mid-air.

"Hah… ahahaha!"

She soared over Majicademy without stopping.

Past Mark Angelo.

Past the stunned students.

Past the broken battlefield.

And kept ascending.

Toward the peak where everything stronger gathered.

Mark Angelo narrowed his eyes slightly.

"…So the real era is starting again."

Above them all—

Jessa's laughter echoed into the sky as she reached the summit.
