Hello everyone.
I want to let you all know that I'll be making some changes to the novel. Most of them will be minor adjustments that will naturally blend into the story, but there are also two major changes I'd like to mention.
1. Change in Narration
From now on, I'll no longer write entirely from the characters' points of view.
I made this decision because it will allow me to improve the atmosphere, the scenes, and the overall flow of the story. On top of that, maintaining multiple narrative personalities was becoming increasingly difficult, and I felt like it was limiting certain moments in the novel.
2. Change in the Energy System
The term "aura" will no longer be used as a type of energy.
From now on, "aura" will only refer to the presence or feeling emitted by a being, such as:
- an intimidating aura,
- an oppressive presence,
- or the sense of danger given off by someone powerful.
The previous use of "aura" as an energy source will be replaced with "ki".
I believe this change will reduce confusion and make the power system much clearer moving forward.
