The first call came from Switzerland.
It arrived just after six in the morning.
Sebastian was halfway through breakfast when his secure phone vibrated.
He glanced at the screen.
International Financial Intelligence Coalition.
He answered immediately.
"This is Sebastian."
A calm female voice responded.
"Mr. President... we've confirmed the first freeze order."
He slowly set down his coffee.
"How much?" There was a brief pause.
"Approximately eight point three billion valens." The dining room fell silent.
Vivian looked up from across the table.
She could tell from his expression that something significant had happened.
Sebastian thanked the caller and ended the conversation.
"What is it?" Vivian asked.
He looked at her for a long moment before speaking. "They found it."
"What?"
"The first Foundation accounts."
She lowered her cup. "They're freezing them?" He nodded. "They've started."
