Alex had flown towards Xalvagon at unimaginable speeds before stabbing him with his new blade of death "Blade Of Death: Dragon King Killer.", he called out. Xalvagon yelled out "NO! NO! NO! NOO!", as his body was being obliterated. In the process, he thought to himself, his voice was shaky as he questioned his life "Why? Why did it have to end this way? The world destroyed my life, my country, my father. Everyone and everything I knew was gone that day. And now, when I take revenge...I'm the evil one?", everything to him was in slow motion at that moment. He continued to ask himself "This can't be the end. It doesn't have to. I can still do something. I can still-", Alex's voice interrupted "No, you can't.". Xalvagon was in shock, his body was in one whole piece, a white space was where he now saw himself, and standing feets away from him was Alex. They both were in the same void, Alex spoke out while looking around, his hands were in his pockets "Oh mahn, it's always this inner space thing.". He scratched his head before facing him "Xalvagon...", Alex called out his name, his tone firm and strong. Xalvagon jolted, his mouth was slightly open as if he couldn't comprehend anything anymore, Alex said to him with a casual facial expressions, it was almost sad as well "It wasn't your fault.". Xalvagon jolted again "Huh?". Back in the real world, the explosion caused from Alex's blade of death that had stabbed into Xalvagon had now gone into the air like a pillar and cleared the sky. The dark clouds instantly vanished, not just a section of it, but the dark clouds that had covered the world. Everyone on the planet was in shock. One moment, the world was about to end. Another moment, the sky was clear, it was now showing the full brightness of the sun. It turns out that it was no longer night time. But still, the world for at least a hundred years since Xalvagon and the rest of the devil children took their revenge, had skies that were nothing but red, that was due to all the pressure from the battles. But now, it was clear that the sun shining upon that planet wasn't so red unless it wanted to set, it only looked red because of the sky. Hence, Alex, by defeating Xalvagon had now brought peace to the world once again. The entire planet was silent for a moment, everyone couldn't fully comprehend what was happening, all they knew was that at the present moment, the feeling of peace that they haven't felt in a long time had started to overwhelm them. Everyone shouted in joy "YEAAAAAH!", the entire world was happy. Families hugged each other, friends celebrated one another, every soldier that was fighting in the cities of Rebellion, as well as the soldiers of other countries were all happy. Saturna couldn't believe what she was seeing "The sky.... it's clear.", Dairadel stood at the top of his castle with his hands behind his back, a smile was already curled up on his face "I see, so he's done it.", but then he felt saddened for a moment "Xalvagon....I'm so sorry.". Dairadel remembered the fun they both shared as children before they had turned into enemies "Not one day came by that I was glad that we were enemies. If it's possible for us to become good friends again, id take that chance.". Astavel wasn't that stunned, infact she had a warm and casual look on her face, the clear skies and peaceful joy the world was feeling was something she had only seen a few times in her life "Alex.....", she muttered his name. She started to hear Bellika groan softly "Hm..hhng.", Astavel jolted "Bellika?!", Bellika had fully woken up, but her head still on her sister's laps "Astavel? What's going on?". Astavel immediately hugged her "BELLIKAAAA!", she called out her sister's name, almost crying, Bellika yelled while being hugged to the point of being choked "HEY! YOU'RE SQUEEZING MEEE!". Astavel let go of her sister and looked at Alex who was kneeling down as he looked down. Alex had on his palms the rest of Xalvagon's body that was fading away, the part of his body that had the left side of his face down to what was left of his torso, his body wa s burnt and fading. Xalvagon's black and purple eyes were shaking as he softly cried "Ahh. Ahahah. Aaaaaah.", Alex looked sad while watching him "Is it possible....?", he asked himself. Alex pictured himself and the rest of his friends all going in different directions as children "If life had treated us differently, or even more negatively. Is it possible....", Alex pictured the younger version of himself and Kazuki looking at each other face to face, he was mirroring himself and Kazuki in the position of Xalvagon and Dairadel. Alex said to the dying Xalvagon who's reminatns were almost gone "Dairadel never hated you, he just hated the fact that you both turned on each other. There was no other way. It was either you destroyed the rest of the world for your revenge, or you got destroyed for it. Xalvagon. Dragon King Of Darkness....", Alex looked like he was almost about to cry "I'm so sorry.". Xalvagon thought to himself as he was fading while looking at the clear beautiful sky "Nerevion, Medusayuki, Thelmalot, Zailvred, Grai, Master Dremalock, Dad, Mom. Everyone. Help.", he remembered the image of a woman with golden hair hugging him warmly, it was his mother. Xalvagon had proceeded to fade away into nothing but dust and ashes "Aaa-aaa!", he cried softly. Alex was still on his knees, looking at his empty palms that once held the villain. Alex muttered to himself "I've never really considered people's reasoning for doing things, not until during the weeks of rest after the assassination exams, but i didn't think much of it until i fought Bara three years later.", he remembered Zodia, Seiten and Bara "They were crazy people, but they didn't wake up one day and decided they just wanted to be destroyers of everything.". He continued his monologue "Even during the months where we fought other criminals that were exempted from the dark sign, I was able to understand that even when a lot of them were just psycho's who wanted to kill for fun, some of them had no other choice. I guess that's just how it works in life.", Alex sat on the ground rather than kneel "I guess my work here is done.". Astavel ran to him "ALEX!", she called out his name before jumping to hug him "You're alive. Oh, thank God you're okay.", Alex was a little stunned "Wow, Astavel. Chill.". His body too had started to fade into light "Huh?", Alex and Astavel had noticed. Astavel muttered "Alex, you're...", Alex smirked softly "Guess it's about time I went back home.", Astavel jolted on hearing that "Wait. Can't you just stay a little longer? Please. You can stay for a week and enjoy the peace you just helped us gain. Father can also give you some wealth too.". Alex softly pushed Astavel away from him "Sorry, but, my work here is done. Just make sure to enjoy your peace from now on. Okay, Astavel?", Alex said to Astavel with a soft smile as he sat on the floor. A hand resting on a knee as he tilted his head to her with his smile. Alex faded into light, leaving behind Astavel who's eyes shined like glitter on seeing him fade away "Alex Starion. I'll never forget you.".
