My body...feels warm and dry at the same time. My lips are also dry as hell, what happened? Wait...
I alleging to open my eyes, looking up as I glance at a white pale woman, possibly in her 20s, cant be really sure...maybe this world handles age and growth differently.
Her hair was similar to her skin but purely white.
"Oh...your...awake, your...body...doesn't look too good"
She slowly says as she kneels in front of me. What did she mean I don't look too good. I mean I feel so dry as if there is no sign of water in my body, just hollow.
I take a look at my arm, my eyes wide in terror as I move it around. My arm was so skinny that bones could be easily visible. I took a look at my other arm as my breaths quicken, its the same as the other?!
I lightly get up and touch my face, feeling my bony cheek.
Whats this?!
I look down at my body below as well as my legs, the same as the rest.
I let out a scream, terrified by the condition iam in. It looked like I was malnourished or something.
"What happened to me?"
I aggressively hold on to the pale woman's shoulder as I ask her.
" Ow pls be gentle.my body is very sensitive."
She says between a groan, realising what I did I let go of her as I apologised, taking time to calm down.
"No I get it, but before I can explain, we have to get you some water before your body gives up on you."
"OK...ok...I really need that."
I take a sigh before an aggressive tone fills the room.
"Free at last!"
Our gaze divert to the source of the voice. To my surprise It came from Kitsune who now was up.
"I should thank who made her give up her body to me. Now...time to die!"
She says as she raises her palm at us, but nothing happens.
"Damn it! Still nothing. Come out, come, come out!"
What is her problem?
Mitsune is next to gain her consciousness back but as she got up and glared at Kitsune her eyes widened.
"Oh no...not again."
She rushes to her before going for the critical chop on her neck, causing her to pass out. But she doesn't stop there, shaking her sister to make her gain her consciousness back.
We become puzzlement at the scene, but as much i wanted to, there is no time to ask what is happening right now.
Mistune let's out a sigh of relieve as her sister gains her consciousness back.
"Mitsune? It happened again did it?"
"Yeah but i took care of him...your ok alright now."
They both get on their feet before glaring at us.
"I would love to ask what just happened now but I think there is no time. I want some water now before I die and she...uh..the god of fire i think, knows of a place to get it."
I addressed them as they glance at the pale woman as she bowed weakly before Kitsune and Mitsune.
"I thank you all for coming to my rescue, I almost lost hope but some people actually came...or was there is different reason to have come here."
"Yes, we came here for the vessel to be given one of the elemental Gods' magic to be able to stand against the demon king."
The pale woman sighed as she approached a wall behind the four thrones.
"So I was correct, he is the next vessel i given half of my magic to. I have been here a long time so I have no clue what condition the demon king is in before the previous vessel fought against him. Right now we have to keep the current vessel alive...possibly the last one."
With that she presses one of the slabs on the wall, causing the whole wall to go down revealing a large pond surrounded by flowers, some of which had withered away.
The room was very distinct from the throne room. Some blue mushrooms glowed the place up, making it look very stunning as the rocky ceiling above the place completed its look.
"Wow...so pretty."
I complimented the place as we walked into the room, approaching the clear pond.
"Now drink up, the water might even balance out the heat from inside your body."
I nodded to the pale woman as I approached the pond, kneeling before scooping the cold water into my hands and gulping it whole. I don't know whether is was because I was so deadass thirsty but the water tasted incredible.
I kept drinking until the state of my body barely returned to normal. Well its not the same as I was before, but its a start.
"Good. Just don't overdrink...this place won't survive long without it."

The light from the sun shines brightly, revealing itself as we get out of the shrine.
" It weirdly feels good to be out again," i say as i stretch my arms out in satisfaction.
" I guess we should head back to the boa..."
Suddenly the pale woman falls to her hands before breathing in quick squences, catching my attention.
Not gonna lie, it makes worry a bit.
" G-giving you half of my magic...i didn't know this would happen. I...i guess that's why the other gods gave all their magic to previous vessels."
She says between breaths, some sweat forming on her face. She sure is not in a good condition.
"Hey are you alright?"
I ask her as i lend her my hand, accepting it as she fails to stand on her feet while getting up, eventually landing on my side to support herself.
" Giving up half of my magic to you seems to have severely affected me...maybe some rest would help."
I nod before picking her up in my arms. She was stunned at first but let me do so.
"Hmph i didn't think you were the type to be a gentlemen."
Mitsune teased as she moved forward, looking back at us.
" We should probably head back to the village before night comes."
Kitsune nods before moving past us in a
hurry to Mitsune.
I smile at them before following behind. Atleast they are not still angry at me for bringing them in this world by accident, even though part of it is their fault.
Upon moving further, i decided to ask her of how she was trapped back there. She gave a slight sigh before answering...
" I...don't remember who it was but during the fight...against the previous vessel and the demon king, i was trapped here by one of the elite demons, a yound female i am sure. Though i still don't know the reason for it."
"I see...so what happened to the other gods?"
Some silence filled the air for some time, before she finally answered back.
"I...i am not sure...all i remember while inside during the fight was screams...and more...they wouldn't stop..."
"I....i am sorry for asking."
Gosh, now i feel bad. I shouldn't have asked that, she is gone through a lot and its best to let her recover.

Aquamarine lets out a bored yawn whioe resting on the boat, before hearing some footsteps, causing her to get up.
"Finally!"
She says as she gets out of the boat, her brow raising at the woman i was carrying.
" Who is that?"
She says as she approached us, eyeing her up and down.
" She is the goddess of fire uh..."
" Call me Ino. I should have introduced myself earlier."
Aquamarine shrugged as she went back to the boat.
" Well she is non of my concern. All i want is our fight we promised...now lets go back and get it over with."
Oh right...the fight. Should have reconsidered that.
We all get on the boat and set our track back to the village, until the water beneath us starts to freeze up, causing the boat to get stuck in place.
"W-what's happening?"
I ask while stopping my paddling as i look around nervously.
The freezing continues to spread around us before stopping, having created a large square, plane surface.
"Something dispicable is doing this, i can feel it."
Ino calmly announces as the icy ground beneath us shakes aggressively as walls start to raise from the sides of the plane. My eyes widen as the boat we are in starts to also shake, causing me to immediately pick up Ino into my arms as i jump off the boat.
"Get off now! Something feels off about the boat!"
Everyone left on the both gets off with confusion, moving away from it. As expected an ice spike emerges from beneath the boat, crushing it into pieces.
"N-no...the boat, now how are we going to go back?"
Kitsune's murmurs with a hint of disappointment in her expression.
"Cant move still?"
I ask Ino as i set her down gently.
"I am fine now, as long as i don't use my magic"
"What is that up there?"
Aquamarine interrupts, pointing her finger at the sky. I glance at the sky, seeing some kind of figure falling towards the area we are in.
Suddenly the ground shakes again as some kind of slide made of ice emerges from the ground a few metres away from us, reaching up at the falling figure, eventually catching it.
The figure slides down the slide on his two feet, revealing a kid as he slides closer to the ground, probably in his age of 15 or 16.
"I...found you."
His cold, deep voice catches us off guard as he lands on the ground with a mischievous grin, Ino's eyes widened as she glances at him.
"No need to use that brat's voice anymore since you will be dead. Hmm? I was no told there would be five of them.
"H-he is a demon, i can feel it...no i am sure of it.
