Chapter 159 - Chapter 158 No wonder...

"No wonder... Indeed, in this situation, even with my Chakra control, I can't use any powerful Ninjutsu. He really has something. I wonder how Vegapunk did it?"

Tsunade murmured to herself. A Medical Ninja's Chakra control was inherently high, and as the number one Medical Ninja in the entire Ninja World, Tsunade's Chakra control was naturally top-tier.

If even she couldn't control her Chakra well, it meant that this wasn't a problem that could be overcome simply by training one's Chakra control.

"Eh!? In that case, wouldn't using it on the battlefield make all Ninjas unable to control their Chakra?"

Shizune, standing behind Tsunade, changed her expression slightly and whispered in surprise.

"How could it be that easy?" Tsunade smiled and shook her head.

"If I'm not mistaken, this entire building is actually a Sealing Formula! It's only with the support of such a massive Sealing Formula that everyone's Chakra control can be severed. On a battlefield, such a huge and complicated Sealing Formula would be almost meaningless."

"Well said. I didn't expect that Tsunade of the Sannin would not only be outstanding in Medical Ninjutsu but also have such a deep understanding of Sealing Techniques! Then again, without an understanding of Sealing Techniques, you wouldn't have been able to create a cutting-edge technique like the Strength of a Hundred Seal, which combines Sealing and Medical Ninjutsu!"

Hearing the voice, Tsunade turned her head and saw a blond young man walking out. He was wearing a white lab coat and had a handsome appearance. Contrasting with his youthful look, his eyes were deep and filled with a certain brilliance.

Both Jiraiya and Tsunade felt a slight familiarity with that look. It was the look that Orochimaru often had when he was conducting research and making progress.

"Kid, you're Vegapunk?" Tsunade asked, one hand on her hip, as she patted Shizune, who was a bit dazed by Vegapunk's appearance.

"To be precise, I'm a clone of Vegapunk!" The blond young man shrugged and said with a smile, "Welcome back, Fifth Hokage!"

"Hey, I haven't agreed yet!" Tsunade said with a frown. "Don't forget what you promised!"

They were currently talking in a corridor of the Experimental Building. Although it wasn't crowded, staff members did pass by occasionally. In this situation, Tsunade didn't dare to directly mention things like hemophobia.

After all, this was information that needed to be kept secret; it would be no small matter if it were exposed.

"Of course, don't worry, Ms. Tsunade." Vegapunk shrugged slightly. "When it comes to psychotherapy, I'm quite skilled."

"It better be!" Tsunade snorted softly, somewhat dissatisfied with Vegapunk's calm and indifferent attitude, feeling as if it carried a hint of mockery.

But of course, Vegapunk had no intention of mocking Tsunade. He truly felt that solving Tsunade's hemophobia wouldn't be very difficult.

It was mainly because at this point in time, Tsunade's psychological issues weren't actually that severe. Nearly twenty years had passed; no matter how large the initial psychological shadow was, it had mostly faded by now.

Tsunade's current hemophobia was more due to her long-standing habit of fearing blood rather than the psychological trauma itself. Therefore, it was easier to treat—just a bit of psychological counseling would suffice.

Although the Naruto World possessed numerous mental systems like Genjutsu, it clearly lacked formal methods for treating mental illnesses. Vegapunk, who had once used the Brain-Brain Fruit, actually had quite deep research in this area... "How do you feel, Senior Tsunade?"

Vegapunk asked, looking at Tsunade, who had just taken off a helmet.

Tsunade didn't reply. She lightly made a small cut on her arm with her finger. Immediately, bright red blood flowed out. Seeing the blood, Tsunade's eyes trembled slightly, but she took a deep breath and reached out. With a flash of faint green light, the wound healed quickly.

"Lady Tsunade! Your hemophobia is cured?!" Shizune asked with a smile. Tsunade nodded slightly, then shook her head. "It's not completely recovered, but it's no longer a major problem!"

For this type of psychological issue, the most important thing is the initial recovery. Once the first step is taken, it can basically be seen as overcoming the fear in one's heart, and complete recovery won't be far off.

"But I really didn't expect that you would also have research in the medical field! Besides interfering with the mind, this machine should also have a certain soothing effect on the human brain, right?"

Tsunade spoke up, and Vegapunk shrugged. "If the Fifth Hokage has the time and is interested, I can give you the data so you can conduct further, in-depth research!"

Tsunade didn't refuse. She was indeed very interested in this machine that could interfere with the brain. As a top Medical Ninja, Tsunade's research on the human body was very deep. However, because she wasn't as unscrupulous as Orochimaru, she clearly didn't have a thorough understanding of vital parts like the brain without sufficient human experimentation.

Otherwise, she wouldn't have been troubled by hemophobia for so many years.
