While the eyes of the multiverse were fixed on Son Goku and Vegeta as they endured Whis's grueling divine training, few initially paid any mind to the news that Frieza was also preparing to train. However, inside his cold, high-tech spaceship, the Galactic Emperor himself was captivated by the broadcast.

"The me in that video actually chose to train?" Frieza mused, his crimson eyes gleaming with a mixture of mockery and intrigue. "It's true, though. After being dead for so long, my Ki has stagnated while those Saiyan monkeys have clearly reached new heights. Seeking revenge only after refining my power is a tactically sound decision."

Frieza leaned back in his hover-chair, eager to see the results. From the moment of his birth, he had never once felt the need to exert himself; his natural-born power was already sufficient to rule the stars. He wondered just how far his innate talent could take him if he actually applied effort. If the results in the video proved satisfactory, he decided he might just follow suit in his own timeline.

The video surged forward four months. Frieza emerged from his specialized training chamber, his Ki now refined and terrifyingly dense. Confident that his strength was finally sufficient to erase his past humiliations, he set a course for Earth. As a tactical precaution, he entrusted a ring containing a lethal beam of his concentrated Ki to a subordinate, instructing him to wait for the perfect opening to ambush Son Goku.

Upon landing, the sudden, oppressive pressure of Frieza's Ki alerted the Z Fighters immediately. They were stunned—how could the tyrant be resurrected, and how did he dare return to Earth? Krillin, Tien Shinhan, Master Roshi, and Piccolo quickly mobilized, arriving at the landing site to find a massive army of foot soldiers.

Frieza scanned the horizon, his lip curling in disdain when he realized Son Goku and Vegeta were nowhere to be found. "Since the main attractions are missing, my men can play with the rest of you," he sneered.

The foot soldiers surged forward, but against the seasoned Z Fighters, they were little more than fodder. Piccolo and the others moved with fluid precision, scattering the army with ease. Amidst the chaos, Tagoma—the soldier who had served as Frieza's primary punching bag during his training—was beaten to the ground.

Suddenly, a small frog hopped toward the fallen soldier and scratched two words into the dirt. Tagoma looked down and instinctively read them aloud: "Change."

A blinding flash of light erupted from the frog, striking Tagoma square in the chest. When the light faded, the soldier stood up with a flamboyant posture and a familiar, wicked grin.

"I, Ginyu, have returned!" he shouted. The soul of the Ginyu Force captain had finally escaped his amphibian prison by swapping bodies. Ginyu rushed to Frieza's side, weeping with dramatic loyalty as he recounted his years of suffering on Earth.

Watching from his own ship, the present-day Frieza felt a rare pang of approval. "Ginyu is truly loyal. Even after all this time, he returns to my side without hesitation. I suppose I can continue to tolerate his dreadful dancing for the sake of such devotion."

Meanwhile, inside his own training gravity chamber, Vegeta's brow furrowed with rage. "Hmph! Kakarot should have finished that pest on Namek! If I had known that frog would cause trouble later, I would have stomped him into the dirt myself."

Back in the video, Ginyu engaged Gohan in combat. To the shock of many viewers across the dimensions, Gohan struggled significantly, unable to gain the upper hand until he finally flared his golden aura and transformed into a Super Saiyan.

However, the victory was short-lived. Even after achieving the transformation, Gohan was effortlessly struck down and severely injured by Frieza—who hadn't even bothered to leave his hover-chair or transform out of his base state.

Desperate and broken, Gohan used his final embers of strength to flare his Ki as high as possible, hoping to create a beacon for his father. The narrator's voice turned somber, cutting through the silence of the multiverse.

"Behold the fallen prodigy. The Gohan who ascended to Super Saiyan 2 at age nine to crush Cell, and the Mystic Gohan who overwhelmed Super Buu at sixteen, is no more. Do not mourn them. What stands before you now is 'Nobi-han'—a man who neglected his training so thoroughly that even sustaining the Super Saiyan form has become an agonizing struggle."

The words struck the audience like a physical blow. In his own dimension, Piccolo watched the screen with a mixture of heartbreak and fury. He remembered the boy who possessed more potential than any Saiyan in history. To see him defeated by Frieza's weakest form was a disgrace.

Akira, watching the events unfold with the tactical eye of a transmigrator, noted the shift in power scaling. Frieza's growth was exponential, but Gohan's decline was the real tragedy.

Piccolo immediately sent a message through the multiversal chat: "Gohan! Look at this! You must never neglect your training again!"

The Namekian was exasperated. Gohan's laziness had nearly cost Earth everything during the Majin Buu crisis, and now the video showed it happening again. If Goku and Vegeta failed to return from their training with Whis in time, Earth would have no protector left to stand against the Golden Emperor.

Piccolo vowed then and there to supervise Gohan's training personally, ensuring that his god-tier potential would never be wasted on books alone again.
