I was dying to see my little mate. Since Casper came back with her scent on him, I couldn't get my mind to think straight.
I wanted to see what she looked like. How she behaved, and get to know her.
So, when Casper asked me to accompany him to her birthday, I didn't hesitate.
Although I didn't show my enthusiasm, I didn't pretend not to want to go either.
I even got her a valuable birthday present.
Since I knew nothing about her likes and dislikes, I chose a universal present that young girls like on top of the main gift.
Also, after knowing that she was only turning eighteen, I took care not to dress too sharply like I always do and put on something more casual.
I had to do a lot of research on what young girls like.
So, I went with casual suit pants and a black shirt with my sleeves folded to my forearms and the top button undone.
This way, I would look younger and more approachable.
