That perfect yet cold face slowly emerged from the nauseating, fleshy pistil formed by countless tangled vines.

Those golden eyes, burning with insane hatred, were locked onto Noah, as if wanting to devour him alive.

"She turned the entire Research Institute into her body!" Jill's voice carried a hint of uncontrollable trembling.

The scene before them had completely exceeded their understanding of the term "biological weapon."

This was no longer a simple mutation, but the sinister tree of life from myths and legends, capable of swallowing the world.

"Roar—!!!"

As if in response to their shock, the giant fleshy pistil snapped open, and Alexia let out a piercing shriek!

The shriek turned into a physical sonic wave, shaking the entire hall violently; the crystal chandelier on the ceiling crashed down, shattering into pieces!

At the same time, dozens of vines, several times thicker than before, whipped toward everyone like giant pythons with sharp whistles that tore through the air!

"Scatter! Find cover!!"

Chris's roar seemed somewhat insignificant amidst the deafening rumble.

But everyone reacted instantly!

Six figures dove out in different directions, searching for a sliver of survival within the storm-like network of vine attacks!

"Boom! Boom! Boom!"

The solid marble floor was lashed into deep gouges by the vines, with rubble flying everywhere like cannonballs!

The cover everyone had just been hiding behind was completely destroyed in an instant!

"This can't go on! We'll be worn down to death!" Leon shouted from behind a snapped load-bearing pillar. "We have to find her core!"

"Her core is that face!" Noah's voice came from the other side. "All the vines are connected there! Destroy it, and we can stop her!"

"Easier said than done!" Chris said through gritted teeth as he fired his M4A1 Carbine wildly, splattering green juice from a vine trying to approach. "We can't even get close!"

Alexia's face was protected at the very center by layer upon layer of countless vines; any attempt at a trajectory would be instantly intercepted by those frantically dancing vines!

"I need an opportunity!" Claire's clear voice rang out over the chaotic battlefield.

"A three-second, absolute window of fire!"

"Leave it to Leon and me!" Chris didn't hesitate. "Ada! Jill! Cover the flanks!"

"Copy that!"

The order was transmitted in an instant, and the tactic took shape immediately.

Chris and Leon exchanged a glance, both seeing the determination to disregard life and death in each other's eyes.

"Now!"

Chris let out a roar and was the first to charge out from behind cover!

The M4A1 Carbine in his hand, like an angry venomous snake, poured all its bullets unreservedly toward the left side of the hall!

Almost at the same time, Leon appeared from the other side. The broken butterfly in his hand let out muffled roars, and large-caliber magnum bullets accurately struck the thickest vines on the right!

The two fiercest lines of fire, like two sharp knives, stabbed ruthlessly into Alexia's seemingly invincible defense network!

Sure enough!

Alexia's attention was instantly drawn by these two "insects" who dared to take the initiative to provoke her!

Over a dozen of the thickest vines changed their attack direction, like tentacles reaching out from Hell, frantically coiling toward Chris and Leon!

"Claire! Do it!" Noah roared!

Claire's figure flashed out from behind cover like a ghost, her Quadruple Grenade Launcher already loaded!

Four high-explosive grenades, within one second, bypassed the wildly dancing vines ahead and were accurately fired at the base of the fleshy pistil!

"Boom! Boom! Boom! Boom!"

Four violent explosions almost merged into one!

Raging flames and shockwaves instantly and completely engulfed that area!

"Ah—!!!"

Alexia let out a shriek more painful and shrill than any before!

The vine network protecting her face, due to the intense pain and the impact of the explosions, experienced an extremely brief pause of less than a second!

This was the chance!

The moment Claire pulled the trigger, Noah had already moved!

His speed broke past the limit!

His figure turned into a black bolt of lightning almost invisible to the naked eye, appearing in front of Alexia the instant the fatal gap appeared!

Once again, he put all his strength into a heavy punch aimed straight for the heart!

It slammed ruthlessly into Alexia's perfect face, which was distorted by pain and astonishment!

"Crack—!!!"

A crisp, tooth-aching sound of shattering rang out!

Everyone saw Alexia's face, like porcelain struck by a heavy hammer, begin to crack inch by inch from the point of contact with Noah's fist!

And then...

"Bang—!!!"

The entire face, along with the giant fleshy pistil behind it, exploded!

Green-gold blood, mixed with countless nauseating fleshy tissues, erupted frantically in all directions like a volcanic eruption!

The hundreds of giant vines spread throughout the hall, as if all their life force had been drained, suddenly froze in an instant.

Then they slumped down weakly, shriveled, and quickly withered, rotting into puddles of foul-smelling green liquid.

That suffocating, terrifying pressure vanished into thin air.

The battle was over.

"Cough... cough cough..."

Noah knelt on the ground, coughing violently, his entire body soaked in the foul-smelling green blood.

That punch just now had almost drained all of his physical strength.

"Chris! Leon!"

Jill's exclamation made everyone's hearts leap into their throats.

Everyone looked toward the sound, their pupils shrinking suddenly.

Chris leaned against a broken pillar, his face sallow.

In the final moment of drawing fire, the tip of a vine had still lashed his chest hard.

On the other side, Leon's situation was even worse.

One of his legs was tightly entangled by a withered vine; he lay on the ground, his face as pale as paper, his forehead covered in pea-sized beads of cold sweat.

"Dammit!"

Ignoring his need for rest, Noah rushed to Leon, who was closest to him. His tactical dagger unsheathed instantly, accurately severing the tough vine.

"Don't move! It's dislocated!" Noah held down Leon, who was trying to get up.

"I'm fine..." Leon gritted out a few words through his teeth.

"What time do you think it is? Stop trying to be brave!"

Ada rushed over and knelt beside Leon, looking at his dislocated leg. Her eyes, usually calm and composed, showed undisguised worry and heartache.

She carefully rested Leon's head on her lap.

On the other side, Claire also ran to Chris's side, supporting his swaying body.

"Chris! How are you?" Her voice carried a sob.

"Won't die..." Chris coughed up some bloody foam, but a strained smile pulled at his face. "It just... hurts a bit to breathe..."

Just then, a violent squirming erupted from the pile of giant fleshy remains that Noah had shattered with his punch!

A mangled mass of flesh broke free from the pile of rotten meat and flew upward at an incredible speed!

In mid-air, that mass of flesh rapidly deformed and restructured!

Alexia's upper body reformed, but from her back sprouted a pair of giant, transparent wings like a dragonfly's, covered in eerie patterns!

Her lower body had completely transformed into a bloated and hideous form, similar to a queen bee!

She let out a shriek filled with endless malice, her golden eyes taking a deep look at Noah as if to engrave his image into the depths of her Soul!

Then, with a flap of her wings, she turned into an afterimage, crashed through the second-floor glass window, and disappeared into the depths of the dark corridor.

Dead silence returned to the hall once more.

The blizzard that had been raging outside for so long had stopped at some point.

A ray of pale Antarctic sunlight shone through the broken window, bringing a touch of surreal peace to this mess of a death trap.

Noah quickly took emergency medicine and splints from his Tactical Backpack and began treating Leon's and Chris's injuries.

"Ribs are cracked; we must leave here as soon as possible." Noah's expression was serious after securing Chris's straps.

Leon's left knee joint was dislocated. After resetting the joint, he applied a splint to Leon's leg and said in a low voice, "He's lost his mobility for the short term."

Ada silently stroked Leon's splint.

Leon grabbed Ada's hand and said with effort, "It's okay... Ada, it's just a small injury..."

Claire supported Chris, letting him slowly lean against the wall.

"We have to go." Jill looked around warily. "New monsters could appear here at any time."

Just as everyone was preparing to support the wounded and leave this place of trouble.

Jill's gaze was drawn to a book among the debris.

It was a heavy diary with an exquisite leather cover.

She walked over, picked it up, and brushed off the dust.

The crest of the Ashford Family was printed on the diary's cover.

She opened the diary and read it as she walked.

The handwriting inside was elegant yet insane.

"Father is truly a hopeless fool. He thought that with his pathetic wisdom, he could create a 'Queen' capable of changing the world? He was wrong; he was merely a lowly servant preparing the birthplace for the true Queen."

Jill's brow furrowed deeply as she continued flipping through.

"Today, Brother and I finally made him face reality. He is no longer Alexander Ashford; he is just a lowly vessel carrying the Queen's blood. His screams are truly the most wonderful music in the world."

"Subject 'Nosferatu' is complete."

Jill gasped.

"Nosferatu... is their father!"

Everyone was too shocked by this cruel truth to speak.

To turn one's own biological father into a mindless, hideous monster.

To what extent had this pair of siblings' hearts been distorted?

Jill's fingers quickly flipped through the pages. Suddenly, on the last few pages of the diary, she found some content written upside down in a completely different handwriting.

The handwriting was scrawled and filled with despair.

It was left by Alexander Ashford.

"I know that the two 'geniuses' I created with my own hands already view me as their stumbling block. They inherited my wisdom but not my foresight. Their fragile and arrogant hearts will eventually be consumed by the veronica virus."

"But I, Alexander, the sixth head of the Ashford Family, will not simply wait for death."

"I have left a final means of 'purification' for them and for myself. In a secret room within the control room, I have manufactured a weapon capable of completely erasing all mistakes."

"Linear Launcher. Its power stems from the core energy of the entire base. When it is fully charged, what it fires will be the lightning of judgment."

Jill's eyes suddenly lit up.

"An electromagnetic weapon..." she murmured to herself. Involuntarily, the massive figure that had hunted her all night like a nightmare in Raccoon City surfaced in her mind.

That feeling of helplessness from being chased by an invincible monster was something she never wanted to experience a second time in her life.

"A familiar feeling... reminds me of that guy who kept pestering me."

"Was your ex-boyfriend that persistent?" Leon's mouth couldn't stay idle again.

"Yes, so I killed him." Jill raised an eyebrow and said teasingly.

Leon curled his lip. "Wow... that's really... romantic..."

Jill shook her head helplessly, closed the diary, and looked at everyone.

"I'll go find that gun."

Guided by the map left by Alexander, they soon found the massive, sci-fi-looking weapon lying quietly in its charging case.

Its entire body was made of a black alloy, and the gun was covered in complex energy lines. At the convergence of the lines was a faint blue energy core.

Without hesitation, Jill shouldered the heavy, fully charged Linear Launcher.

Supporting the wounded, the group passed through a long maintenance tunnel leading to the surface and finally arrived at an open-air helipad.

The moment they stepped onto the helipad, a loud engine roar came from above!

A black armed helicopter was slowly taking off from the other end of the helipad.

The helicopter's cabin door was wide open.

Albert Wesker stood at the doorway, a cruel and playful sneer on his face behind those sunglasses.

He looked down at the bedraggled figures below, who looked like stray dogs, and slowly pulled a remote control from his pocket.

He waved lightly at everyone and then, with a slow, ritualistic motion, pressed the red button firmly.

"Beep— Beep— Beep—"

A piercing alarm instantly resounded throughout the entire Research Institute!

A cold, synthesized electronic voice came from the loudspeakers in all directions.

"Self-destruct sequence initiated. The base will be completely detonated in ten minutes. All personnel, please evacuate immediately."

"Wesker! You bastard!!"

Chris roared in anger as he watched the helicopter fly further and further away.

There was no time!

They had to find that transport plane and leave this godforsaken place within ten minutes!

However, just as they were about to rush toward the hangar on the other side of the helipad.

A sharp hiss came from above!

A giant shadow completely enveloped them!

Alexia, now in her Queen Bee form, hovered in mid-air, blocking their only way out.

In those amber-gold eyes, a frantic killing intent and hatred burned.
