"Oh, wow!"
Seeing a naked man suddenly appear before her, Starlight quickly turned away in shock. Madelyn and Ashley gasped at the same time.
"Damn it, Soldier Boy?!"
"That's Soldier Boy???"
Hearing the commotion, Soldier Boy slowly opened his eyes and squinted at the room.
"What the hell is this place? Shouldn't I be on A-Train, sneaking across the border... hm?"
Mid-sentence, his gaze landed on Axel. His expression hardened instantly.
"Damn it!"
He sneered.
"If I'm not mistaken, those are my clothes. That outfit is newer than what I wore back then, and it's been modified. Why the hell are you wearing it? Who the hell are you, you idiot?"
Soldier Boy stood up, eyes cold and hostile.
Axel waved dismissively.
"Can you put some clothes on first, you f***ing..."
Boom!
Before Axel could finish, Soldier Boy's fist shot forward toward his face.
Axel smiled and raised his right hand, catching the wrist mid-strike with ease.
Blocking the attack, Axel spoke with irritation.
"Now I get why people found me annoying in fights. Can't you grab some clothes first, buddy? I admit I'm a hypocrite, but fighting a guy waving that thing around is disgusting. Seriously."
His left hand shot forward, grabbing Soldier Boy by the neck and slamming him onto The Seven's conference table.
Thud!
The table shattered instantly from the impact, collapsing as Soldier Boy was driven into the ground.
Struggling, Soldier Boy roared.
"So after I disappeared, they used my genes to make you? You bastard! And they even dressed you in my clothes. There's only one me in this world, you fake piece of trash!"
He jerked his head up, attempting a headbutt.
Axel drove his elbow straight down into Soldier Boy's forehead before the motion could complete.
Crack.
A visible dent formed instantly.
Rumble!
The doors burst open as Homelander crashed into the room.
"What's going on, Ancestor... wait, is that... Soldier Boy?!"
For a split second, Homelander looked genuinely shaken.
Axel glanced at him and smirked.
"Go sit down and watch how I deal with your daddy."
He grabbed Soldier Boy by the hair and drove a punch into his face.
Thud!
Teeth scattered across the floor. Axel pulled him closer, staring into his bloodied face.
"Wearing your clothes is the greatest honor you'll ever get."
"F*** you!"
Soldier Boy's chest began to glow with a brilliant golden light.
The moment it appeared, both Starlight and Homelander instinctively looked at their hands.
Rumble!
A-Train crashed through the wall and tumbled into the room.
"Ancestor, I didn't mean to. My power went out of control, it felt like an F1 car slamming the brakes. Wait... what is that? That face... damn it, that's Soldier Boy!"
His voice faltered.
Axel ignored him and punched straight into Soldier Boy's glowing chest.
Thud!
Blood burst from Soldier Boy's mouth, yet the golden light intensified.
Axel smirked and reached forward again.
With raw force, he tore open Soldier Boy's skin and gripped one of his ribs.
"Ugh... damn it!"
Before Soldier Boy could react further, Axel bent the rib.
Crack!
Then drove it straight back into his chest, piercing his lung.
The golden light flickered violently before collapsing altogether. Soldier Boy began coughing uncontrollably, blood foaming at his mouth.
Axel continued, hammering punch after punch into his face.
Thud!
His jaw shattered.
Thud!
His eyes bulged, blood vessels rupturing.
Nearby, Homelander swallowed hard, staring in silence.
Starlight stood up, stepping back in fear.
With a sharp motion, Axel drove his fingers into Soldier Boy's eyes.
"AAAAHHH!"
The scream echoed as Axel ripped one out.
From the corridor, Maeve, The Deep, and Black Noir arrived.
Black Noir froze, then suddenly dropped to his knees and slid forward, collapsing near the doorway.
He didn't move again.
Maeve rushed over, grabbing his arm. Her expression changed instantly.
"Someone help, Black Noir has no heartbeat!"
"What?"
Axel paused mid-motion, holding the eyeball.
He looked over, confused.
"This is supposed to be The Seven. The two of us fighting are perfectly fine, but someone watching drops dead from fear?"
Thud!
A punch slammed into Axel's face.
Soldier Boy, drenched in blood, glared with fury.
"I'm not a coward. I didn't run! I'm not weak! I'm the strongest one!"
He grabbed Axel tightly as the golden light surged again from his chest.
In the distance, Homelander shouted.
"Ancestor, his heart rate just hit 260. He's going to self-destruct!"
"Forget that."
Axel kicked Soldier Boy away.
As Soldier Boy flew backward, Axel raised his hand. His motion abruptly stopped mid-air, as if caught by an invisible force.
Axel grabbed his own left arm.
Snap.
With brutal force, he tore it off.
Holding it by the wrist, he took a batting stance.
Then swung.
Thud!
The severed arm smashed into Soldier Boy's face like a bat, bone fragments slicing into his forehead.
"I just caught up on Gen V. These kids are even worse than the adults."
