Chapter 103 - A Clash Between Colossi — The Weak Don’t Even Have the Right to Approach!

"That guy is…"

Hidden in the shadows, Bartholomew Kuma stared in shock at the gigantic figure in the distance.

Subconsciously, he took out the Straw Hat Pirates' bounty posters, flipped to Jin's page, and compared them carefully.

After confirming it, his eyes narrowed slightly.

"So it really is the same person…"

"This ninja can not only use ninjutsu—but can also grow to such an enormous size?"

Kuma murmured to himself.

The discovery genuinely shocked him.

"Is this also ninjutsu?"

"Or… is he a Devil Fruit user?"

At that moment, Kuma's interest in Jin surged dramatically.

"Huh?!"

"Who's calling me?"

Hearing someone shout, Oars put down what he was holding and stood up, turning around.

When he saw Jin clearly, he froze—then his face lit up with excitement.

"Eh?!!"

"A giant!!"

He looked as though he'd just seen a long-lost relative, excitement written all over his face.

Jin: …

Looking at Oars's overly enthusiastic reaction, Jin fell silent for a moment.

Being stared at excitedly by a zombie—and called family, no less—felt… complicated.

"Hey, giant, why aren't you talking?"

"You're a giant yourself," Jin retorted.

"Oh, right~" Oars nodded seriously. "I am a giant."

His memories were clearly muddled—he'd genuinely forgotten that fact just now.

After shaking his head, Oars suddenly brightened.

"If we're both giants…"

"Doesn't that make us… family?!"

As he spoke, his expression became even more excited, making Jin's eyelid twitch.

"I'm not your family," Jin said flatly. "I'm a ninja, not a giant."

But to his surprise, Oars didn't look disappointed at all—instead, he became even more thrilled.

"Eh? A ninja?!"

"Jin, show me some ninjutsu!"

"Xi—"

"Huh?"

"Who's Jin?"

Oars blinked, then fell into deep thought.

Who was that name he'd just said out loud?

Watching his reaction, Jin nodded inwardly.

Though Oars still retained fragments of memory, they were clearly fading—just as he'd suspected.

"Jin is me," Jin said calmly.

"Your memory isn't wrong. You really do know me."

"More accurately—the owner of your shadow knows me."

"What weird stuff are you talking about?" Oars frowned. "I don't know you."

"That's fine," Jin grinned. "As long as I know you."

"After all—I've wanted to beat you up for a long time."

With that, he glanced toward the distant forest where his companions were.

They were far enough away—this fight wouldn't affect them.

Satisfied, Jin nodded and roared:

"You bastard Luffy—take this punch!!"

With a thunderous shout, Jin charged forward in giant strides and threw a massive punch!

"ROAR!"

Oars roared back, raising his own fist and smashing it forward in response.

He didn't know why this giant wanted to fight him—but he wasn't about to just take it!

BOOM!!

Two enormous fists collided head-on.

A terrifying shockwave exploded outward!

"轰——!!"

"AHHH!!"

Nearby zombies were instantly blown away, hurled through the air and smashed into the distance.

Those farther away fled in panic, terror plastered across their faces.

"Monster fight!!"

"Run!! Everyone run!!"

"Don't get anywhere near them—you'll really die!!"

The zombies completely lost their composure.

As weaklings, they didn't even have the qualification to stand near these two giants.

"This… this is Jin?!"

From the windows of a distant towering building, Sanji and the others stared at Jin's back in disbelief.

He'd really grown this huge?

"No wonder he said he could handle Oars…" Nami muttered.

She glanced at the shattered glass around them and swallowed nervously.

A punch with that kind of power—one hit would definitely kill her.

"So… so cool!!"

"Is this also ninjutsu?!"

Luffy and Chopper stared with sparkling eyes.

Turning into a giant—that was pure dream material!

And Jin had done it using ninjutsu alone.

Too amazing!

"…Now I really believe he can defeat that zombie," Lola said, swallowing hard.

That size was comparable to the giant prince who had once proposed to her.

The power behind that punch was terrifying.

"Ninja big brother—so cool!!"

Aiko and the others looked at one another, then burst into laughter.

Having a friend this strong truly felt like the greatest stroke of luck in their lives.

"Wait…" Merry suddenly said.

"If I heard right—didn't Jin just say Luffy's name?"

The atmosphere froze.

Everyone slowly turned to look at Luffy, who was still laughing excitedly.

"Huh?"

"What?"

"What do you mean 'what'?" Sanji said dryly.

"What did you do to piss Jin off? He's clearly beating that thing as if it were you."

As he spoke, Sanji's eyes lit up slightly.

Beating up Luffy… honestly sounded tempting.

Damn it—if he'd known, he would've gone with Jin to fight the giant.

Even if his attacks didn't do much, at least he could've assisted!

"I… I don't know…" Luffy said weakly.

He really hadn't meant to annoy Jin.

"So why does he want to punch me?"

"Hah, it's not just Jin," Nami said coldly.

"I want to punch him too."

"Eh?!" Chopper stared.

"Nami, don't you already punch Luffy all the time?"

"That's different."

Nami glanced at the massive figure in the distance and grinned.

"That one can actually beat him to death."

Chopper: …

So that's the point?!

"Don't worry, Luffy," Robin said teasingly.

"Once Jin beats that thing to death, he probably won't beat you anymore."

Lola twitched slightly.

That sounded more like a threat than comfort.

Luffy: …

Though he didn't know why Jin wanted to beat him, now wasn't the time to worry about that.

First—he had to send Moria flying.

With that thought, Luffy tossed everything aside and charged forward.

"Moria!! Get out here!!"

"Let's go," someone said. "Jin's battle has started—we need to step it up too."

"Yeah!!"

Casting one last glance at Jin's towering back, Lola sighed softly.

A crew like this—once they entered the New World—would definitely stir up monstrous waves.

"Hahaha! It's been a long time since I met someone who could clash fists with me!"

Oars suddenly laughed wildly.

"That felt amazing!!"

Then he froze.

"Clashing fists…"

Strange.

He clearly felt like it had been a very long time since he'd fought someone like this—

Yet at the same time, it felt like he'd just fought someone not long ago.

"Don't think about pointless things," Jin said coldly.

"What you should be thinking about now is how to defeat me."

"Otherwise—" he grinned,

"you might die~"

For someone like Jin, zombies that couldn't easily die were his favorite kind of opponent.

The perfect punching bags.

"That won't do," Oars said seriously.

"I'm a man who's going to become Pirate King. I can't die here."

"So…"

"I'll defeat you first!"

"Gomu—"

"Pistol!!"

Oars roared and launched his punch straight toward Jin.

But halfway through—

His fist suddenly stopped.

"Huh?!!"

"That's weird…"

"I clearly remember my fist stretching…"

"Did I remember wrong?"

He stared at his unmoving arm in confusion.

Jin: …

Luffy was already dumb enough—but why was this version even worse?

Shaking his head, Jin kicked forward without hesitation!

BAM!

The enormous force sent Oars flying backward, crashing toward the forest behind him.

The next instant—

BOOOOM!!

The massive body slammed into the ground, creating a violent shockwave.

Trees were ripped from the earth, roots and all!

"You bastard—how dare you kick m—"

Before Oars could finish, Jin leapt over and smashed down with a brutal elbow strike.

"Eat this—elbow smash!!"

Oars's expression changed instantly.

He rolled to the side at the last second, narrowly avoiding it.

BOOM!!

The ground wasn't so lucky.

A gigantic crater was blasted open.

Jin glanced at the damage and nodded to himself.

Seems like this island was sturdy enough to handle them finishing the fight.

Standing upright again, he clicked his tongue.

"Tch. Pretty fast for someone that big."

That roll was surprisingly clean.

"Elbow strike…" Oars muttered.

Then his single eye lit up.

"…Oh."

As if he'd discovered something fascinating.

The next moment, Oars charged forward, heavy footsteps shaking the earth as he raised his arm.

"Giant Beast Elbow!!"

"I—"

"Heh. Sweep kick!"

Jin ducked low, slipped under the elbow, and whipped a powerful leg sweep into Oars's shin.

BAM!!

"Ugh… lost my balance…"

His legs buckled.

Oars crashed heavily to the ground.

"That's what happens when you don't train your legs," Jin said calmly, arms crossed.

"Eh?!!"

"So that's how it works?!" the distant zombies gasped.

Looking at Oars, his upper body was massive—but his legs were noticeably thinner.

The imbalance was obvious.

"Damn it… using tricks like that…"

"Why wouldn't I target such an obvious weakness?" Jin shot back.

Anyone could tell—he'd put all his training into his upper body.

Against someone like that, you break the legs first.

Thinking that, Jin's grin slowly widened.

His eyes gleamed.

"What… what are you planning?" Oars scrambled up, staring warily.

For some reason, that smile now looked terrifying—like a demon's grin.

"Nothing much."

"I just plan to break your legs."

"Eh?!!"

"You're scary!!"

"Shut up!" Jin roared.

"We're enemies—did you expect mercy?!"

"Luffy, you bastard—take this!!"

He leapt into the air and launched a flying kick.

"My name's not Luffy!!"

"I'm—OARS!!"

Enraged, Oars kicked back with all his might.

Their legs collided midair.

BOOM!!!

The impact sounded like thunder striking the island.

The next second, both giants landed—and charged again.

A brutal exchange erupted.

"ORA ORA ORA!!"

BOOM!

BOOM!

BOOM!

Every punch collided like crashing thunder.

"This… this is like two monsters fighting…"

From a distant window, Moria stared in shock.

He never could've imagined that the ninja who wielded multiple elemental attacks could also grow to such terrifying size.

How did he do it?

A Devil Fruit?

Or a special race?

Watching the two titans exchange blows, Moria murmured:

"If someone like that became my subordinate… how wonderful that would be…"

For the first time in a long while, envy toward the Straw Hat captain filled his heart.

Even though he no longer wanted subordinates—

At this moment, he desperately wanted Jin.

"If he'd join my side… breaking my own rule once wouldn't matter…"

Just like when Hogback and the others joined him.

If he could obtain this ninja—

The day he defeated Kaido would draw closer and closer.

Moria's eyes lit up.

At that moment, Luffy's shout echoed through the corridor.

"MORIA!!!"

"You bastard—get out here!!"

"So it's you, Straw Hat…"

Moria turned toward the door and grinned.

Then he rose from the sofa and walked slowly toward the center of the room.

The next instant—

BOOM!!

The massive door was kicked open.

Luffy burst inside.

"MORIA!!"

"There you are, you fat garlic-head!!"

Moria's mouth twitched.

What an ill-mannered brat.

"Moria! Give my shadow back!"

"Straw Hat boy, returning your shadow isn't impossible."

"Huh?"

Luffy froze mid-step.

"You'll give it back?"

"That's right. I can return all of your shadows."

"You're that nice?"

Luffy stared suspiciously.

He'd just stolen them—now he was willing to return them?

Impossible.

"Don't rush—listen first~" Moria grinned.

"I have a condition."

"What condition?"

"I want one man."

Moria raised a finger.

"I want that ninja."

"As long as you let him willingly join my side, I'll return all your shadows."

"Don't worry—I'll treat him sincerely. And I'll let you all leave—"

Before he could finish—

Luffy planted both hands on his legs.

HISSS—

Steam erupted from his body.

His expression twisted with fury.

Moria had crossed a line.

"I won't allow anyone to lay a hand on my companions!!"

"No one—ever!!"

"Gomu Gomu no—Jet Bazooka!!"

"Wait—shadow—"

Too late.

The attack slammed home.

Moria's distorted shadow froze mid-motion.

BOOM!!

The blow smashed straight into his stomach.

His eyes bulged as his body was blasted like a cannonball—

Crashing straight through the wall and flying out.

BOOOOM!!
