Vittorio stood across from the desk, his hands hanging loosely at his sides and his posture steady. However, his attention sharpened in a way that suggested he had already run through the situation more than once before speaking.
"They've contained it," Vittorio said at last. "The shipment delay didn't spread. The facility was locked down before anything could ripple outward. Whoever adjusted the records didn't get far."
Renato turned the glass in his hand once, the liquid catching the light before he set it down with quiet precision.
