Collapsing to my knees, I winced.
"Scales, stop the bleeding." Flying back to me, some of the scales wrapped tightly around my lower abdomen.
A moment or two, I snapped out of focusing on the bleeding and noticed that the spider demon had stopped attacking, the sounds of it's legs clammering against the dragon scales had ceased…
Looking up, the spider demon was looking into the distance.
"Help!" A faint voice screamed in the distance.
It's going to go after the person who shouted just now.
Forcing my body to stand up, I collapsed to the ground, my face sinking into the mud.
Even if it was less than thirty minutes, I've already exhausted myself.
'Your body is in tatters boy, take this time to rest. Even if you continue to save lives, your death will be the consequence.' The fore armor whispered in my head.
Maybe the force armor is write… maybe I should just give up on whoever screamed and just rest.
