Felix's archive room was not what I expected.
I thought I would see computers. Screens everywhere. The cold kind of place where people type and everything lives inside machines. But when Felix opened the door, I smelled old paper. Cedar wood. The kind of smell that makes you think of grandmothers and secrets kept safe for years.
The room had shelves floor to ceiling on three walls. Physical files. Papers organized by year and pack name. It looked messy at first, like someone just threw things anywhere. But when Felix started moving through it, I saw the pattern. He knew exactly where everything lived. Every folder had its place. Every story had its home.
