We Jonins are usually required to master atleast 2 chakra nature transformations.
Well, Sasuke naturally has two chakra nature transformations, Fire and Lightning. And he has already mastered them both."

"Back at the topic, Rasengan is an incomplete ninjutsu. There are two chakra transformations you have to consider.
First, Chakra Shape Transformation. Rasengan is the pinnacle of it.
And second, Chakra Nature was. Even mastering it takes a lot of time.
But doing both things at the same time? That's very difficult, especially in Rasengan.
Even Fourth Hokage wasn't able to complete it."

In the original, Naruto wasn't able to do it even when Shippuden started. That was really embarassing to watch when Sasuke and Sakura had improved so much during the time-skip.
"I will tell you that later. Right now, I am telling you all this to show you just how much you have to learn. And that's only ninjutsu department, which you are good at due to your immense chakra. Your taijutsu and other ninja skills are subpar.
And especially Fuinjutsu. You will have to actually study for it. Most people can't even get to the stage of being proficient in kanji.
You will have to work a lot, even with the Multi-Shadow Clones workaround to massively reduce the time for it.
