~Soutarou POV~
Sneaking out of the manor with all three of his pokemon, Soutarou glanced back for a moment, before shaking his head and thinking, 'If I didn't sneak out would this really be a journey? That old coot Sebastian would have made me take the young master route, in the end I might have ended up even saying "you're courting death!"
But, screw that I ain't Chinese, I'm gawd damn American and that old man Sebastian had too much tea so fuck that shi and dump it in the Boston Harbor, let's go on a god damn adventure!'
Soutarou paused his internal ranting as he remembered the note he'd left for Sebastian,
'Dear Old Man Sebastian,
By the time you've read this I'll be long gone, not dead, but I want you to know I'll be back. I have no intention of taking on the Indigo Plateau Conference by acting as some rich third-generation heir. I wish to explore the world and see it for myself. Make sure Professor Sada's demands are met. Watch Old Oak's funding receipts. Keep buying the stones I told you to. Keep the Dex series project running and get our production into high gear, I want it ready by the time I debut on the public stage on the Indigo Plateau. And if you need anything, call me.

'I hope that old man doesn't have a stroke… I'm sure he knows about James running away from home since that's one of his clansmen's retainers… So hopefully he doesn't get clan trauma… Anyways, let's get this damn shit started!'
Soutarou threw out a luxury ball releasing Ralts saying, "Ralts use Teleport! Let's head towards route one!"
Ralts looked at her master funnily before shrugging and teleporting onto his shoulder and proceeding to teleport them rapidly in succession. Ralts purposely didn't teleport Soutarou's shadow or rather the being inside his shadow and with that a shadow was left behind unbeknownst to Soutarou…
~Nearly a hundred teleports later~
Soutarou stood straight for one second before puking all over the forested ground.
As Soutarou tried to gather his bearings he thought, 'I'm never doing continuous teleports ever again… Ralts definitely needs to work on her control… I hit at least a dozen trees and forget about that! Teleport became super disorientating… No wonder people don't teleport like that… I hope when Ralts evolves she can teleport further so we don't have to do this nonsense again-'
"Pikachu! No matter what I'll save you!"
"Don't run ahead!"
At that exact moment a high pitched scream rang out, "Pika! Pik-"
Soutarou just closed his eyes and pursed his lips. *its_over_dog.png*
'What the fucking chances? I swear if this wasn't on purpose it'd be funny, but that damn Llama is messing with me!'
"Ralts use teleport again to get us towards those people now!"
Ralts followed through immediately, revealing dozens of Spearow that were jumping a poor yellow electric rat.
Soutarou shouted, "Ralts! Use Psychic on the Spearow now!"
Soutarou then released his Milotic and said, "Milotic use Surf then follow it up with Hydro Pump!"
Soutarou said, "Ralts teleport that Pikachu over here."
Soutarou clutched the son of Arceus in his arms and made a funny face before a red capped, blue half sleeved shirt wearing boy ripped the pokemon out his arms and clutched it in worry.
Soutarou deadpanned and said, "Ralts get these pests out of here. Milotic Dragon Pulse in a moving stream."
The red capped boy who was about to start running, gaped in awe as Milotic fired a stream of pure blue beam moved left to right making the Spearow fall out of the air like rain.
The remaining few ran away in fear, and Soutarou just motioned with a flick of his wrist to Milotic to stop.
Soutarou then turned to Ash and thought for a split second, 'The real protagonist huh? Well I suppose he's not there yet… Soon though… Still if this scene is what I think it is that means canon just started, anime canon that is.'
Soutarou then said, "Hey man, hold up don't run off my Ralts can heal your Pikachu enough for us to safely head to Viridian City."
The boy across from him completely ignored him and stared at his Pikachu as if it were his gravely injured lover, making Soutarou's eyebrows twitch like crazy…
'This bastard… Now you're actually courting death dammit! I'm trying to help your ass and you just completely ignore me?'
"Ralts use Heal Pulse on that Pikachu."
A green energy washed over the injured Pikachu, slowly mending its bleeding and scruffed up fur. The boy sighed a deep breath of relief and apologized, "Sorry about that… Thank you for saving him. I'm Ash and this Pikachu."
Soutarou's eyes glinted and he said, "Ash? As in Ash Ketchum from Pallet Town?"
Ash looked bewildered and said, "You know me?"
Soutarou shook his head and said, "No, but Professor Oak's mentioned you before. Come let's head out towards Viridian city before it starts getting dark, we wouldn't want that now would we? Also keep in mind my Ralts probably can't heal your Pikachu completely…"
{Ralts. Don't heal it fully and act tired now.}
Ralts slowly began panting and stopped healing Pikachu. Soutarou picked her back up and put her on his shoulder before saying, "Let's head towards the Viridian Pokémon Center… It looks like my Ralts is going to need healing too after spending so much stamina healing your Pikachu."
'Since I've done this Ash won't be in a rush nor will he need to jump off that cliff and into a river where he meets Misty… Though… Ash is so dumb I can probably… Yeah that works… Heh.'
Soutarou continued, "Ah sorry I haven't introduced myself, yet have I? Where are my manners? It's a pleasure to meet you Ash, I'm Soutarou Morita. You can just call me Soutarou. As for getting to Viridian since it's already getting late I think we should use a short cut across this river up ahead that deposits into a large pond."
Soutarou then pulled up his Summersdex and showed the map as if to prove a point.
Ash put his hand on his chin and said confidently, "I see, I see… I don't get it."
Soutarou literally choked before he remembered something, 'Damn bastard! I remember now this Ash is the menace Ash! No wonder I'm getting screwed over here!'
Soutarou just shook his head and said, "Don't worry about it. Just come on, let's get moving."
Soutarou then stretched his hand out and clicked a button on the luxury ball on his hand saying, "Milotic return."
The pair of boys began speeding up with Soutarou purposely running fast just to see if Ash really could keep up and as expected he not only kept up, but actually seemed to edge out on Soutarou a bit.
'Dammit he's the original and I'm the copy, of course I'm slightly behind…'
Ash came to a screeching halt as the pair faced a cliff edge and Soutarou smiled and said, "Ready to get wet?"
Soutarou released Milotic again and said, "Come on Ash don't hesitate now, we gotta save Pikachu afterall-"
Even before Soutarou could offer Ash to get onto his Milotic Ash dived into the water below and Soutarou smiled brightly, 'As expected of the original protagonist! Truly moves without thinking! How entertaining… I should bring popcorn next time.'
Soutarou yanked off his clothes and slipped into a pair of swim trunks before returning Ralts to her pokeball and then grabbing onto Milotic and saying, "After him."
Milotic dived into the water and the pair of Master and Pokemon quickly caught up to Ash with Soutarou silently using a bit of psychic energy to bring Ash towards Milotic before they began reaching the opposite side of the small lake's bank and he saw a fishing bait and mentally transmitted to Milotic, {Bite on it. Don't resist and swim upwards with their pulling momentum!}
Milotic's eyes met Soutarou's and she brought her head down and rubbed against him before following Soutarou's instructions, not before Soutarou tossed Ash towards the side.
'Sorry man… But I'm taking them all! I gotta catch them all after all! I'm going to be the Master of the Pokémon Bad-'
Soutarou's thoughts were rapidly interrupted as Milotic launched out of the water revealing a girl with short red hair put in one sided pony tail to the side with bright green eyes, a yellow shirt and jean shorts. As the pair of Pokemon and Master landed, Soutarou shook his hair and ran his hand through it before saying, "Milotic dry me off."
Milotic formed a water orb and gently brought herself toward Soutarou and absorbed all the water before launching the small orb of water into the Lake behind them. Soutarou then turned to Misty and said, "Thanks for the lift, you seen a red capped kid around here?"
The girl just gaped at him and his Milotic with hazy eyes before shaking herself up and out of her thoughts saying, "You talking about that kid over there."
Soutarou looked back and saw Ash looking like a wet dog slumped right by a tree. Soutarou put his palm to his face and said, "*Ehem* Yeah that's the idiot. You are?"
Soutarou looked over at a bike and shook his head thinking, 'If after all this she still loses it, I'll just get her another one…'
Misty took a second before dusting her hands on the hem of her shorts and putting her hand out and saying, "Misty. A pleasure to meet you, though I have to say I never expected to fish out a Milotic and her trainer… She's really pretty."
Soutarou smiled and said, "Soutarou Morita. The pleasure's all mine and Milotic and I were chasing after him, thinking it would be a good idea to use you to jump out of the water. So I'm sorry if you had to work a bit hard to fish us out."
Misty shook her head before pausing after looking at Ash who started panicking again before saying, "What's up with him?"
Soutarou sighed and said, "His Pikachu, he got attacked by a bunch of Spearow before me and Milotic saved him, but by that time his Pikachu was already pretty beat up… We're trying to head towards the Viridian Pokémon Center, you wouldn't happen to be able to point us in that direction would you?"
Misty pointed behind Soutarou and said, "If you head that way you'll end up in Viri-"
Before either of them could say anything Ash suddenly interjected and said, "I'm sorry for this! But I'm borrowing your bike!"
Soutarou's jaw dropped in horror and Misty, who didn't fish Ash out like the original timeline, was even more flabbergasted before Soutarou turned back to see a dozen spearow who were chasing after Ash again…
'What is this? Plot correction? I'm calling bullshit right now!"
Misty called in angst, "My biikkeee!"
Soutarou then called out his Ralts before returning Milotic and said, "Grab on we'll chase after him!"
Soutarou and Misty teleported after Pikachu and Ash, as it began to rain.
They teleported three times before Ralts couldn't or rather she faked being unable to teleport anymore. Only for the duo of Soutaoru and Misty to be met with Ash's proud declaration and the scene of Ash protecting Pikachu from the Spearow and Pikachu climbing up his back and launching its first thunderbolt. Soutarou watched in horror as the sky literally began to clear up and Ho-Oh showed up and the pair of Ash and Pikachu had their moment.
Misty also stood by Soutarou watching in horror, though not before screaming, "MY BIKEEEE!"
Soutarou sighed and clutched his forehead and stared at the sky and thought, 'Damn Llama!'
Misty turned into a mumbling and teary mess staring at her ruined bike. Soutarou just face- palmed, and in that time the pair didn't see Ash run off with Pikachu towards Viridian City.
When Soutarou finally looked up he just gave up and thought, 'Perhaps this is good? If the Llama is willing to go so far… then Ash will just resolve most of this world's problems. As for Misty I'll just fill in Ash's role and say it's my fault for him taking off with the bike and I'll pay it off slowly so she follows me around. Manipulative, yes, but you infernal demons in my mindscape all know you'd do the same too… She's a damn anime girl! And yes she's hot as shit!'
'And in this timeline she's perfectly legal!'
Soutarou finally said, "I suppose we should go after him?"
