Han Yuexin was more accommodating than Ye Jun expected. He thought she would drop him in a random location after ditching the ambushes, but she actually took him across the journey to Beacon of Guang.
As they were flying over the open canopy forests, Ye Jun focused ahead and narrowed his eyes. "Is that the Beacon of Guang?"
"Yes," Han Yuexin nodded, her voice low and respectful. "My grandfather had saved some disciples stuck here once, so later he built this. It's a safe zone in the Wildlands."
A towering structure stood before them, made entirely of peach-colored stones. Ye Jun stared at it and thought, 'Didn't think this world would have a lighthouse.'
It really looked like a lighthouse and, considering its function, it wasn't far from the truth. It did show light to disciples stuck here, so that they could make their way here if they were in danger or lost directions.
It also symbolized the Pavilion's control over these lands.
