"I... I'll be damned!"
Hector, the old captain who had seen many storms, couldn't help but curse.
"Isn't that Jack Sparrow?! Why is he wearing that thing? And with a flower in his hair? Is he crazy?!"
"He's not crazy." Roger squeezed out a few words through gritted teeth.
"He's having a grand old time."
"Captain! What do we do now? Do we open fire directly?"
Hector asked.
"Open fire?" Roger shook his head.
"No."
"That would be too easy for him."
A smile spread across Roger's face, a smile that sent chills down Hector's neck.
"My orders!"
"Everyone, change clothes!"
"Tonight, we're going to attend a... unique welcome party."
Half an hour later.
In the night.
The deck of the explorer had turned into a grand fashion show.
The pirates had rummaged through their captured supplies and found a pile of Japanese clothing from who knows what era.
Then, with a wild pirate aesthetic, they put these clothes on.
Buck forcibly squeezed a clearly feminine kimono onto his sturdy skeletal frame.
Under the taut fabric, his Black Iron ribs were faintly visible.
Still not feeling flamboyant enough, he put a captured helmet on his head, adorned with two pheasant feathers from who knows where.
Billy was even more creative; he found a ninja's night suit and wrapped himself from head to toe.
But the problem was, he was a skeleton, and the black clothes made him look like a walking black sack.
"All of you, get serious!"
Roger looked at this group of oddly dressed employees, feeling his blood pressure rise again.
"We're going for enemy infiltration! Not to a Halloween party!"
"Captain, this isn't infiltration; this is a blatant sneak attack."
Buck puffed out his chest, which was almost deformed by the tight kimono, and said earnestly.
Roger didn't want to waste any more words with them.
He led this group of "eccentrically dressed" clowns, took a small boat, and silently landed on a secluded beach near the manor.
The manor walls were high, but that was no problem for them.
Buck walked directly to the wall, bent down, and formed a "human ladder" with his back.
"Come on! If you're my brother, step on me!"
One by one, the pirates stepped on his sturdy Black Iron spine, easily scaling the wall.
The manor was filled with patrolling samurai.
But these samurai's attention was clearly drawn to the lively banquet in the front yard, and they didn't notice the group of uninvited guests in the backyard.
"Alright, now we need to find a way to blend into that banquet hall." Roger said in a low voice.
"I'll go scout ahead!" Billy volunteered.
He unscrewed his head and rolled it down the corridor like a bowling ball.
A few seconds later, his head rolled back on its own.
"Captain! Found it! It's in the largest room up ahead! That bastard Jack Sparrow is surrounded by women, being plied with drinks!"
"Very good." Roger's smile grew even wider.
"Then we'll go toast him."
"Buck, Billy!"
"Here!"
"You two, create a diversion and draw away the patrols."
"Alright!"
The two clowns exchanged glances, revealing a conniving smile.
Buck took off his tight kimono, revealing his sturdy Black Iron skeletal frame.
He took a deep breath, then with heavy footsteps, he swaggered out from behind the rock garden and walked directly in front of two patrolling samurai.
The two samurai, seeing this "iron man" who suddenly appeared, a head taller than them, were instantly stunned.
"You... who are you?!"
One samurai mustered his courage and drew his sword.
Buck did not answer.
He just slowly raised his hands, and then, under the horrified gaze of the two samurai, he began to dance Shin Takarajima right in front of them.
The hypnotic dance moves, combined with his steel skeleton, created an indescribable visual impact.
The two samurai were completely dumbfounded.
And just as they were stunned, Billy's black head fell from the sky with a "thud" onto the ground.
"Ah! Ghosts!"
A piercing scream cut through the night sky.
"Now! Charge!"
Roger took advantage of the chaos, leading the remaining pirates, and rushed towards the brightly lit banquet hall.
He was already impatient to have a deep and friendly conversation with his good employee about career planning and life ideals.
