Troy paced across the polished granite floor of his mountain stronghold. He glared at the holographic projection displaying the Vanguard army marching up the valley. "They conquered the jungle in minutes," Jax muttered while staring at his empty hands. "The system did not even process the defense parameters before the plants turned against us."
