It had been three years since that dreadful day. Though most people forgot about some people still remembered it like it was yesterday. One of those people was Clair. She had gotten colder, more distance. She was obsessed with trying to find HIM. The monster of three years ago.
She looked high and low but he disappeared like a ghost. She honed her skills in preparation for the day. The day she would avenge her comrades.
After all she was the reason they died. She was the one who brought him here.
She broken out of her reverie by a cautious knock on the training room door.
"Come in." She said as she sheathed her sword. A small cautious head pop in through the door.
"d-d-did i disturb you ma'am?" A small boy fearfully asked.
"What is it Callum?" she asked bluntly.
The boy, Callum hesitated and replied uncertainly "Scouts a couple of miles away have reported that a unknown girl was found unconscious in front of the base. Her origins is still uncertain. She...."
"Kill her." Clair interrupted and responded coldly "We don't know who she is and we can't risk our safety for a stranger."
"b-b-but she..." Callum hesitantly said "She said something when our scouts approached her. She awoke for a couple of seconds and said something"
"What did she say?" Clair asked
"She said that Frankie sent her" Callum asked unsure about why the other scouts turned pale when they heard that name.
Clair froze in place. Her mind blanking and struggling to process her emotions.
"What did she say?" Clair asked softly but all who knew her saw that her anger had reached it's peak.

The table that Clair punched cracked and blood started leaking from her knuckles.
She laughed coldly "So not only did he not die - Now he sends someone to my door."
Clair stood up straight and adjusted herself ignoring her bloody knuckle and grabbed her coat, walking towards the door
Callum chased after her "Where are you going ma'am?"
Clair responded with a frigid expression "To see the guest our old 'friend' recommended"
"She is going to tell us where Frankie is. Even if it kills her"
