After the group's discussion, we went our separate ways to let time pass. I chose to look for Yeshua.
It was night time when we saw our island. Oh, I'm exhausted. I don't know what causes my exhaustion but I just want to lay down on my bed and take a rest. "You'll have it soon, Maria." Yeshua said with a smile while we were now standing in front of the railings of the ship. I sighed with a smile. "Shall we gather everyone?" I asked Yeshua as I looked at Him. "Just a little while longer." Yeshua answered, and we just stood there quietly.
It was so peaceful having Him by my side. Well, not PEACEFUL peaceful but despite the chaos I still find peace in Him. Then Yeshua chuckled. "Oh, right. You heard it." I said with a smirk. "Shall we, 'Miss Maria'?" Yeshua asked with a grin on His face. "Oh-ho-ho-ho! Don't use Mark on me!" I replied to Yeshua with a smile. "I know you already miss him." Yeshua said with a smile. What? But I didn't even say it in my mind?
"I know people's hearts, Maria." Yeshua answered with a faint smile. I smiled back. "We shall, Sir Yeshua." I answered Yeshua's question earlier. Then we chuckled. "Let's go." Yeshua said and began to walk. I quickly followed.
As soon as Yeshua and I arrived where the van was parked in the ro-ro ship, the group greeted us. "Where'd you two been?" Simon asked as he crossed his arms. "We breathed some fresh air, Simon." Yeshua answered. "Did the two of you already eat?" Tabitha asked as she walked towards us. Oh, I forgot that I was hungry.
"We still haven't. What have you got?" Yeshua replied to Tabitha as He stopped walking. "Well I got bread, waffle-"
"Can I have some waffles?" I interrupted Tabitha. "Yeah, sure. Here you go." Tabitha replied as she quickly gave me the waffles. "Thank you so much." I thanked her as I received the waffles. Then I did the Sign of the Cross to pray. Bless us O Lord and this your gift which we're about to receive from Your bounty through Christ our Lord. Amen. And I did the Sign of the Cross again to end the prayer and began eating the waffles.
"She sure is hungry." Tabitha said. "I'll just take the bread please, thank you." Yeshua said and Tabitha gave the bread to Him. "Here's water." Andrew said as he came to us with two bottled water. "Thank you, Andrew. I could've just got the water from where you are." Yeshua said. "It's okay, Teacher. I want to serve You."
