The underground parking floor was a dim concrete maze, packed tightly with rows of silent cars. Every sound echoed unnaturally in the low-ceilinged space.
The black sedan crept in like a predator, tires rolling quietly over the oil-stained floor. It moved slowly between the parked cars, searching.
But Rohit was nowhere to be seen.
Haruto, behind the wheel, frowned. "That guy deliberately brought us down here. There was plenty of space near the main gate."
Kenzo scratched his chin from the passenger seat. "You're right… He must've spotted us earlier. Damn."
From the back seat, Yuta's calm but cold voice cut in. "That's why you're both still apprentices." He lit a cigarette, the flame briefly lighting his face. "We saw him enter the building. One waits at the entrance. The other stays with me. If he resists—"
A single, deliberate boot tap echoed through the lot.
