Chapter 425 - Conquering Sabertooth

"...Did you do this?"

Jiemma stared at the colossal, gaping crater in front of him. His mind struggled to process the sheer absurdity of the scene. Finn had casually lifted the earth, ripped Sabertooth's massive guildhall from its foundation, and flipped it upside down like a discarded toy.

The surviving members of Sabertooth clawed their way out of the rubble, completely at a loss for words.

"I did," Finn answered, not shying away in the slightest. He offered a cold, polite smile. "But don't worry. I have a friend with a lovely, vacant property nearby. You can have it as compensation—after I finish beating all of you into the ground, of course."

"...Y-You actually lifted the earth to flip our building?!" Rufus gasped, dusting off his hat, his usual theatrical composure shattered. "This... I have absolutely no memory of magic like this!"

"What absolute bullshit!" Orga roared, his muscles bulging as black lightning crackled around his fists.

But without a doubt, the most enraged of them all was the Guild Master.

"Do you honestly think you can pull a stunt like this and walk away alive, you arrogant bastard?!" Jiemma bellowed. His magic power erupted, twisting the air around him as he pointed a trembling finger at Finn. "KILL HIM!"

There was no turning back. Jiemma knew that if Sabertooth wanted to retain its title as the absolute best, they had to slaughter this masked upstart right here, right now.

Driven by blind rage and the humiliation of losing their home, the guild charged forward en masse.

"WHO DO YOU THINK YOU ARE?!"

"YOU CAN'T BEAT SABERTOOTH!"

"DIEEEEE!!!"

Facing a tidal wave of bloodthirsty mages, Finn merely sighed. He didn't even raise his fists. He simply let a fraction of his true magical pressure slip its leash.

BOOOOOOOOOOOM!

It hit them like a physical wall. The sheer, suffocating horror of his aura crushed the minds of the weaker mages instantly. Dozens of Sabertooth members foamed at the mouth, their eyes rolling back as they collapsed to the dirt unconscious.

"W-What is this...?!" Sting choked out, falling to one knee.

"Did you honestly think I was weak?" Finn asked calmly, stepping over an unconscious mage. "If I wanted to, I could erase every single one of you from this continent, and no one would even be able to trace it back to me."

Finn had long since realized a fundamental truth: the self-imposed limitations of "common sense" and "the law" no longer applied to him. He was the apex predator. He could do whatever he wanted.

"Don't let him intimidate you! Orga, Rufus, Sting, Rogue, attack him simultaneously!" Jiemma ordered frantically.

Realizing their lives were genuinely on the line, the four elites unleashed their strongest magic without hesitation.

"120mm Black Lightning Cannon!" Orga fired a massive, concentrated beam of dark, destructive electricity.

"Memory-Make: Karma of the Burning Land!" Rufus slammed his hands into the earth, sending an unstoppable tidal wave of fierce flames surging forward.

"Holy Shadow Dragon's Flash Fang!" Sting and Rogue initiated a flawless Unison Raid, merging pure white light and abyssal shadows into a colossal energy vortex designed to obliterate everything in its path.

Facing a four-pronged assault, Finn simply reeled his arm back and punched the incoming magic.

BOOOOOM! BOOOOOM! BOOOOM! BOOOOM!

The sheer kinetic force of his fist shattered the spells upon impact. The magic deflected wildly into the sky, leaving Finn completely unharmed.

"What the hell?!" Rogue gasped.

"You bastard!" Orga roared, charging forward cloaked in black lightning, intending to pummel Finn in close combat.

Finn casually caught Orga's massive fist in his open palm.

"Eh?" Orga blinked.

Before the God Slayer could react, Finn buried his knee deep into Orga's stomach with enough force to rupture organs.

BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOMMMM!

"ORGA!" Rufus screamed as his guildmate was launched through a remaining stone wall like a cannonball.

Realizing he was next, Rufus panicked. "Help me! Sting! Rogue!"

"White Shadow Dragon's Rough Silk!" The Twin Dragons fired countless razor-sharp lasers of light and shadow, crisscrossing the air in a deadly grid aimed squarely at Finn.

As expected, it was a futile effort. Finn blurred forward, grabbing Rufus by the collar and effortlessly lifting him up to use as a human shield against the incoming lasers.

"Wait! Stop! Rogue! Sting!" Rufus screamed in terror.

The Twin Dragons desperately aborted their spell to avoid shredding their own comrade.

Jiemma, however, possessed no such restraint.

"BLAST MAGIC!"

Jiemma unleashed his ultimate, point-blank explosive magic, completely uncaring that Rufus, Sting, and Rogue were caught in the blast radius.

BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOMMMMMMM!

A gigantic explosion swallowed the courtyard, atomizing the remaining rubble and sending battered Sabertooth members flying in all directions.

"DIE, BASTARD!" Jiemma panted, a smug, cruel smile stretching across his face. No one could survive that at point-blank range.

But as the smoke cleared, a hand shot out from the flames, clamping down on Jiemma's smug face like a steel vise.

"Huh?!"

Crack! Crack!

"GGGGOOOOOOOOAAAAAAAAAA!!!" Jiemma shrieked in agony as Finn casually lifted the massive Guild Master off the ground by his skull.

With a brutal flick of his wrist, Finn slammed Jiemma face-first into the bedrock.

BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOMMMMM!!

"You ruined my coat, you bastard," Finn muttered coldly.

He raised his fist, ruthlessly beating Jiemma into a bloody, unconscious pulp. When he was finally satisfied, Finn stood up, spitting on the fallen Guild Master before surveying the carnage.

Hmm... Finn thought. In the original timeline, Natsu charged in here alone but was stopped by Minerva, who took Happy hostage.

Because Finn had no weaknesses to exploit, there was absolutely nothing stopping him from wiping Sabertooth off the map entirely.

He considered kicking Jiemma one more time for good measure, but a smooth, calculated voice stopped him.

"You will kill him if you continue."

"Hmm?" Finn turned.

"I believe it would be far more beneficial to keep him alive... especially if your goal is to take control over Sabertooth."

Standing amidst the rubble was a breathtakingly beautiful woman with sharp, Eastern features and an aura of supreme, calculating confidence. She didn't look at her battered father with pity; she looked at Finn with undeniable ambition.

She gracefully lowered herself into a deep, respectful bow.

"My name is Minerva Orland," she said, her voice dripping with submission and calculated intent. "Please... allow me to serve you, Finn-sama."
