Hearing this Itachi also became annoyed, in the past 30 hours they have being trying to make a deal with Fourth Raikage but like a block of Steel, Ai isn't willing to negotiate at all, wanting to die and let his village avenge him.

" Okay " Itachi after saying this went inside the tent seeing Raikage bound to a bed with thick ropes and black sealing marks all over his body preventing him to do anything.

Itachi ignored the screaming Ai and started reading his memories regarding the training of Lightning Chakra Mode . After a few minutes Itachi having read all the useful memories snapped out of the Jutsu prying Ai's memory and then looked at the now unconscious Ai who was drooling.
He had better methods that didn't harm him but if he isn't useful anymore then why be gentle. Then Itachi took his prized katana which had drank Jiraiya's blood and decapicated Ai the next moment.
Ohnoki seeing his fellow kage die so miserably sighed deeply and for a moment felt the guilt which had been present since Ai refused to comply lessen. Previously, when Ai didn't betray the village and scolded Ohnoki, he also felt for a moment that he has done the wrong thing but now it seems he is correct.
" Ohnoki, I have placed the Flying Thunder Seal on you and I can teleport by your side or release a few tailed beast bomb anytime. You can go now and arrange for either of Jinchūriki to arrive in the Land of Demons within a month, if he isn't present you know the consequences. " After saying it Itachi got out of the tent and went to his tent to write the Jutsu he had read from the memories of Ai.

" How much is the bounty of Fourth Raikage Ai currently " Itachi wearing a clown mask in a black hood asked the official working in front of the table.
Hearing the question the noise of the entire house suddenly became quite for a few moments and the sounds of laughter rang like thunder inside the building.

Itachi ignored the laughs of these lunatics and slammed a black bag exuding a bloody smell on the table. The official seeing this had a bad feeling but nervously opened the bag. After seeing the head in the bag a bead of sweat fell from the head of the official. Seeing this others also thought of the outcomes and they also became nervous.
" Hey hey, hey tell me quickly what it is "
" Why are you acting like a woman, say quickly "
" This...this is indeed the head of Fourth Raikage Ai " Feeling the hostile gazes of the mercenary and rebel ninjas, the official hurriedly said.

Shisui hearing this thought of Ai and Kumogakure with pity. It only Ai had given two tails then he wouldn't have lost his life and also not get his village's confidential information public.
" Right big brother, who controls the Black Market ? They even dare to take the head of Fourth Raikage, aren't they afraid of the retaliation of Kumogakure ? "
" On the surface the Five Great Nations along with other Smaller Nations control the Black Market. But the existence of Black Market has been recorded in the Uchiha clan files for centuries even before any Ninja village or countries were formed. As Itachi said this he thought of the conspiracy theories in his previous life that said about the origin of Black Market. Some said that it was formed by Black Zetsu to control the Ninja world into chaos, other said that it was built by Isshiki after being betrayed by kaguya. Itachi didn't try to find clues about this but he will definitely find it after he has six-paths level strength.

Han on the other hand listens to him and even Five-tails is gentle compared to Four Tails making him to make a choice quite difficult.
