"What have you been doing since you woke up?" Draen asked gently as he wrapped both arms around Lewis from behind.
He sat comfortably on a chair with Lewis settled on his lap, holding him close as though he had no intention of letting him go anytime soon.
Since the pavilion was much closer than the greenhouse, the two of them had decided to spend the day there instead. The gentle breeze drifted through the open structure, carrying the scent of flowers and fresh grass while sunlight filtered through the carved pillars, creating dancing patterns on the floor.
"W-Well..." Lewis began while feeling slightly flustered by how tightly Draen was holding him. "I ate breakfast and the cooks even prepared some desserts for me. I talked with a few servants for a while too then I took a walk around the estate. Nothing really new happened, though."
