Feyra had an idea. She wanted to see if she could get rid of the poison and eat the mushroom.
"When can we take a break the next time?" she asked, looking at Huo Cheng. He moved his head slightly, looking from the window to Feyra and back to the window.
"In a few days. When we reach the next village. Have patience till then," he said.
Feyra nodded and took the big cookbook out of her bag again. She opened it, looking at some dishes from the Empire that included mushrooms.
Oh look at that! Those are dishes with mushrooms. Let me see... They all use different types of mushrooms. And also... They use even spicier seasonings than I used with the Landside mushrooms in the Alliance!
Let me think... I think I have an idea. First, I'll try to make those mushrooms in a frying pan. Perhaps the poison will dissipate with heat. Second, I'll wash some rice, cook it and then add it to the mushrooms. That way we have a simple dish.
