Ezra turned his head slightly to the right, his gaze landing on Nina, who was already glaring at him with clear irritation written all over her face.
Behind him, the crowd fell into a strange silence.
People leaned forward slightly, some crossing their arms, others whispering under their breath, all watching as if something interesting was about to happen.

Ezra asked, his expression completely blank, his tone carrying no interest in whatever she wanted to say.
Nina flinched for a brief second.
