Straw did as Berryanna commanded her to do. She removed her gown, now completely naked, and slowly walked to the couch.
For a second, she stood there, letting the cool air settle against her skin. Her heartbeat felt louder than the room. Slow. Heavy. Expectant. Then she lowered herself onto the couch.
Berryanna grabbed the other chair across the table and placed it right in front of her. The legs scraped softly against the floor as she dragged. She sat down, crossed her legs, and folded her arms. Her back was straight. Chin slightly lifted. She really meant business. She wanted to be the boss.
Straw wondered how long she would sit there and watch without getting tempted and aroused. She knew her. She knew the small shift in Berryanna's breathing when she wanted something. The tightening in her jaw. The way her fingers pressed into her own arm when she was holding back.
She will come to me before I reach my end.
