Chapter 51 - Chapter 51

After a brief briefing, Kenshin entered concentration mode and focused on the Fourth's mind. After a few minutes, he found the right "wave" and connected to the Fourth's mind.

For the first time in his life, Kenshin felt what "chakra" was like. This sensation was indescribable in words, and now he fully understood why all chakra control guides were maximally abstract, based not on clear formulas but on extremely subjective worldview.

Upon touching the chakra, Kenshin finally confirmed that there wasn't a single chakra thread in his body that he could develop into a chakra core and then awaken, forcing the body to produce it. Tuning into the Fourth's sensations and thoughts, Kenshin's body became a "retransmitter" passing these emotions and thoughts directly into the Tenth's mind.

The Tenth, in turn, was initially terrified by the unexpected images in his head but, following his father's instructions, continued sitting motionless and tried to absorb the incoming information. Kenshin regulated the process, helping his son tune to the right "wave," and after a few minutes from the start of the session, all three were immersed in a strong mental network.

The Tenth was shocked when almost all the moments where he had hit a dead end suddenly cleared up. He began absorbing all the incoming information like a sponge, and with every second, his "experience" in wall-climbing, as well as his "chakra control" rating, steadily increased.

After a few minutes, Kenshin carefully brought his sons out of the trance and ended the session, wiping sweat from his forehead with the back of his hand. The first session of entering another's mind had been extremely taxing for him. He understood that in the coming months, he shouldn't even think about interfering with anyone else's mind except his own descendants', whose minds were fully open to the Patriarch and showed no passive resistance.

"Well, Tenth, did you get anything?" asked Kenshin in a tired voice, leaning his back against the wall.

"Yes, Father! Thank you—now I think I know how to walk on walls!" the Tenth replied excitedly, stepped aside a bit, concentrated, and stepped onto the wall. At first his steps were unsteady, and he nearly lost control a few times, but then he quickly got used to it and began happily walking on the walls and ceiling.

Seeing their little brother's success, the Sixth and Seventh sincerely rejoiced for him and, dropping their tasks, approached to congratulate him.

"Good job, Tenth! All my brothers are worthy of being sons of our father—keep it up!" praised the Sixth, patting him on the shoulder.

"I'm not the one to thank—it's all Father's merit. He taught me wall-walking!" proclaimed the Tenth, and his two older brothers stared at their father in bewilderment, not understanding how their father, who couldn't use chakra, had suddenly taught the Tenth—even if it was a simple but unusual wall-walking technique.

Once the Sixth and Seventh learned exactly how Kenshin had taught the Tenth, everyone was thrilled and hoped that Father would pass on some of Ichiro's skills to them and accelerate their progress in just one day.

By this point, all the other brothers had gathered, and upon learning the reason for the excitement, joined the jubilant cheering until Kenshin finally put an end to it. He liked that his sons, who not long ago had been little bald lumps, had grown into sturdy lads who now stood like a mountain for each other, but he decided to clarify and explained that he would help only in extreme cases, as it required strong concentration and fatigued the brain extremely quickly.

Hearing Kenshin, all the "children" grew a bit sad but were then intrigued by his next words:

"Don't be upset—I'll still help you when you hit a dead end in your development, but know this: transmitting knowledge is no panacea. It all depends only on you, your understanding, and most importantly, persistent hard work. Received information is worthless if you can't apply it properly! Tomorrow after breakfast, I'll do another session. Fourth—get a good sleep and put aside your morning plans."

"Yes, Father," said the Fourth humbly. All the younger brothers stared at him with undisguised envy, surprised why Father chose to do a "session" with the already strong and skilled Fourth, but no one dared object.

Then Kenshin headed to one of the bedrooms and collapsed onto the bed, instantly falling into a deep sleep. His unprepared and unaccustomed brain had taken in such a volume of information for the first time.

He slept until evening, when Natsumi woke him by gently stroking his head and saying:

"Get up, dear. You need to have dinner—you haven't eaten all day," she whispered, stroking his hair tenderly once more.

Kenshin opened his eyes and just looked at the beautiful face of the young woman, then grabbed her hand and pulled her to him, burying his face in her chest, simply lying there, enjoying the softness and tenderness of the beautiful girl's body. Suddenly it felt so easy, and the accumulated mental fatigue left after the short sleep dissipated from the caresses of the young beauty, who gently hugged Kenshin and began stroking his head.

For the first time since arriving in this world, Kenshin was truly happy. At this moment, he had fully adapted to his new life and forgotten the old one. In these short few months, he had grown deeply attached and sincerely fallen in love with the two tender beauties who warmed his bed.

No girl from his past life could compare to Aya and Natsumi, who were perfect in everything. He suspected their personalities had been slightly altered by the "system," but he didn't care.

After lying like that for a few minutes, Kenshin gathered his strength, got up, and headed to the dining room. It was eight in the evening, and the whole family had gathered for a family dinner.

As soon as Kenshin sat at the head of the table, the whole family began dinner. Everyone was present at dinner, including Aya and Natsumi, who sat to Kenshin's left and right. The Eleventh and Twelfth, born that morning, had already gained a bit of strength and stood in a small playpen, holding onto the wooden bars and looking curiously at their father and mother.

After biting off a small piece of rabbit meat, Kenshin extended his hand, and the salt shaker a meter away moved toward his hand. Everyone at the table instantly stopped eating and stared at Kenshin in shock.

"Just a little telekinesis—nothing to be surprised about," he said with a smile, salted the meat, and continued eating.

His telekinetic abilities were indeed minor, and pulling the salt shaker was almost the peak of what he could do. Kenshin knew this ability could be developed through persistent training. Upon receiving the "Patriarch Mind" ability, he had gotten the corresponding information.
