Hotel Serenity – Suite 1204 – Near Association Headquarters
The four of them had checked into a quiet, upscale hotel room near the Association headquarters. The spacious suite had a large king-sized bed, soft lighting, and a sitting area. They were now sitting on the edge of the bed, the atmosphere thick with anticipation and slight awkwardness.
Sarah looked around the elegant room, then turned to Andrey with a raised eyebrow. "Why did we have to come to a hotel? We could've just done this at the apartment."
Andrey was slowly unbuttoning his jacket, folding it neatly and placing it on a chair. "Because here we can order food whenever we want. We can eat while we're… active. It's more efficient that way."
Sarah blinked, then let out a short laugh. "That's the most ridiculous excuse I've ever heard. You really think we can eat while doing… this?"
