Inside a ruined building in a hidden spot, panting could be heard, which came from the intimate interraction that occured between the two retired teachers, Miyasaki and Satoru. Satoru was gently caressing her bare waist, still inside her, while Miyasaki still slowly gasping for air after an intense session.
–You had a nice dick... She says, looking at him with a soft satisfied expression, her bare body full of sweat.
– And you have a nice gripper... Satoru says back, them both chuckling.
– Fuck, I don't even care if you filled me... at least I know we lived it at the fullest before our deaths...
Miyasaki then turns to look at Satoru, them smilling at each other gently, them both had a black and red mark around their faces, revealing that they were bit and infected by some demons. With their bare bodies, they gently cuddle and kiss passionately, preparing for their inevitable death together.
Meanwhile, back in Shainihebun as Rika leaves from Varyashim, she meets with Etsuko yet again and smiles with a hint of familiarity and speaks:
– Came by to watch over me? You realize I can handle things by myself, right?
– Well, I love you, I won't leave you all by yourself all the time, someone needs to keep a watch on your adorable ass. Now let's go back in the way and smack the hell out of these creatures! Etsuko replies with a hint of determination in her face.
They unite and walk together towards the end of the town.
–You have grown so strong since you have joined Horie, Etsu... Rika says, her arm resting on her sister's shoulder.
Etsuko looks back at her, her own hardened expression softening slightly.
– You know... you have been kinda keeping up with me too, Rika. Your spells are unmatched.. I am really proud of you, even if you can be a pain in my ass sometimes... Etsuko admits, making Rika smile back at her with a flattered expression.
– I promise that I... will protect you with everything I can, the same way you protect me, because you are my sister, and you have been my only thing for me to protect and love in our family...
Etsuko's walls finally break as they walk, she looks up, and sighs and her rough expression completely softens as she smiles back completely at Rika. That makes the witch girl's expression beam further, Etsuko then taking her hand affectionately.
–I love you... sometimes more than I love myself.. Etsuko says shyly but meaning everything.
– I love you too, my strong sister... Rika spells it back, a tear gently rolling out of her eyes.
Before they could reach for the entrance outside the town, Kowamaru's father appears right in front of them, his enormous figure towering over them. Sweat rolls over Etsuko's face in fear and anticipation, while Rika stood frozen.
–Well well... look what we have here... the ghost wrinkly looking witch girl.. and the blonde troublemaker, two delicious looking meals right in front of me...
Etsuko sighs, and prepares her nunchucks,before Rika reaching her own arm and stopping her sister from trying anything, turning at her and saying:
– Let me handle him by myself, sister... you can go on and continue fighting in the war. If I don't beat him I—
– I refuse! Etsuko exclaims, I am not leaving my own sister to handle someone as dangerous as him! Are you even aware of what this man has done to Orochi?
That makes Rika's eyes widen, looking down and reluctantly agreeing with her. Kowamaru's father chuckles with a noticeable thirst for blood.
–You should listen to your sister, little one. You must be naive to underestimate someone like me..
A beat passes and then Etsuko sighs and shouts:
– Alright, sister! Let's handle this nasty creature together and put an end to his lifetime!
– Let's go. Rika mutters.
Before they could prepare, the giant demon quickly reaches for his club and turns into a giant hammer again, and then quickly lunges at them with it. Both of the girls dodge the attack and Etsuko quickly regains her composure and rushes towards the father, reaches to his head and kicks him straight in the jaw, making him lose balance.
Their threat quickly regains his senses from the blow and swiftly grabs the hammer back and hits Etsuko right in her arm, breaking it and smacking her down by a wall. The Demon King's father quickly raises his hammer and turns it back into a club and smacks the weapon by the ground, 6 mid-tier demon appearing around them.
Rika, floating in the air, quickly uses a spell, herghost pet being summoned yet again and launching it towards the demons in attempt of killing them. All of the mid-tier demons get eaten, while Kowamaru's father jumps away and weaves the ghost-like creature.
Rika uses another spell but this time as a hallucination type, and the father gets caught in it.
Etsuko slowly gets up and walks towards the demonic being, but before she could do anything, he was actually pretending to be caught in a spell,Rika realizes that once she sees the club turning into a giant gun, which he rapidly raises and targets it towards her.
– RIKAAAA!!!! Etsuko screams desperately, trying to run towards the giant to stop him from harming her sister, but before she could do anything...
It was already too late...
The father blasts Rika straight in the chest, sending her flying on the floor. That... made Etsuko's heart drop, it makes her not able to move from what just happened.
She was frozen, she couldn't do anything right now, and the father takes advantage of that, so he kicks her hard, launching her right her sister, blood splattering from the impact, and her clothes being torned apart...
With all the power she barely had to get on her knees, she slowly drags herself towards Rika's unresponsive body in anguish, while the cold demon stood there from afar and started laughing maniacally, but she was too desperate to hear his mocking.
–Two birds in a row down now!! Seems like you troublemaker aren't dead yet though! He exclaimed as he starts walking towards them, ready to finish them.
Etsuko slowly holds her body and realizes Rika is not reacting to her touch, and she starts recklessly shaking her while crying:
– D-DON'T LEAVE ME, RIKA!!! PLEASEE, PLEASEEE!!!! I DON'T WANT TO BE ALONEE!! W-W-WAKE UPPPPP!!!!!— W-WA—wake up... please... I beg you... p-plea—
But then she gasps breathelessly as Rika's bloody hand slowly touches her cheek, the blood trailing and dripping from Etsuko's face
– R-R-Ri-Rika?... Etsuko swallows her own words in sobs, and then Rika says, little by little:
– Y-You... ta-take.. it... f-f-from... here... m-—my d-dear... s-sis–ter.... destroy... them all...
Rika's hand starts glowing with a white mana, the aura covering both of the sisters. Etsuko's eyes widen, still frozen by everything that had happened, she tries telling Rika to not leave her, but it couldn't be helped...
Rika's body falls limp, while Etsuko was still holding it while trembling, now saying no words.
The demon was towering yet again over Etsuko, grinning, while she stood silent... as he finally prepared the last hit, she immediately gets up, jumps and punches him straight in the face, so hard that the ground around them trembles, sending Kowamaru's deadbeat father hurtling against the ground.
She starts screaming loudly out of hatred and pure anger as she instantly swings out her swords and launches herself at him, stabbing him over... and over... and over! AND OVER!! until his body was completely deformed and mutilated, reduced into a gory mess. She keeps slicing him and then stops, her whole body full of crimson liquid.
She gets up and looks at the corpse with hatred and disgust, her sword falls down from her grip, and then she drags herself back towards Rika's lifeless body. She reaches to hold it yet again and cries silently.
As Kobe arrives at the scene, the next thing he sees makes him standing there frozen. Etsuko sobs again and then looks at Kobe, with tears in her eyes.
–W-What are you looking a-at?... Just come here and help me bury her...
Kobe trembles and walks towards the body, tears rolling over his eyes, he was completely devastated of Rika's death because deep down... he loved her, and then... it starts raining, the rain seeming to share their sorrow.
Once they both get to carry Rika's body and bury it, they both feel a sense of loneliness, neither of them speaking at all.
After they finish burying her and digging a cross along her grave, Etsuko looks back at Kobe with a depressed expression in her eyes and mutters:
– I will head back and help in the war...
Kobe only nods, still speechless and then looks at Rika's grave with grief as Etsuko walks away.
