After a while, Allen pulled back.
"Let's take a walk." I didn't have the energy to argue and so, I went with it.
He helped me up from the grass, and led me through a deeper path of the garden where there were flowers of different kinds, colors and shapes.
There were rabbits, and the moon shone brighter here than the other side.
It felt like an all new world, and I found myself wondering how I hadn't discovered this place despite the many times Allen and I had come to the garden.
We stopped at a spot that had an entire bed of Chrysanthemums. It was surrounded by tall hedges.
"There's something I need to show you," Allen said in a low voice which piqued my curiosity.
"What is it?"
He stepped behind me and covered my eyes with both hands. His palms were warm. I wondered what the reveal was going to be.
"Ready?" he asked quietly.
I nodded. After a moment, he dropped his hands.
