Facing the siege of nine peak Universe-level Celestials, Adam unleashed his full power for the first time, pushing various techniques to their limits. The battle was exhilarating.
It had been a long time since he had fought with such full effort.
And it was this all-out battle that made him feel his understanding of the Supreme Power becoming clearer and clearer.
The Supreme Power, which had just been perfected after absorbing the Cosmo of the Six Celestials, was still not flawless. But under the intensity of this battle, it began to become more and more perfect, more and more harmonious.
Indeed, practice makes perfect, and it applies everywhere.
It was precisely because his Supreme Power became more perfect that his base combat power also grew higher and higher.
Before the battle, his base combat power was two billion. After transforming into Super Saiyan 2, it was two hundred billion. With the domain's blessing, it could be amplified to three hundred billion.
As the battle grew more intense, his base combat power gradually rose from two billion to 2.1 billion, 2.2 billion, 2.3 billion, and it continued to increase.
Relatively speaking, his total combat power within the domain increased even more dramatically.
So the result was that what was originally the nine Celestial leaders using their respective abilities and laws, cooperating tacitly to gang up on Adam.
But after a while, it turned into Adam single-handedly beating up the nine Celestial leaders.
Later, even when other Celestials had finished dealing with the androids and rushed over to assist, they too joined the ranks of those being beaten under Adam's continuously rising terrifying combat power.
However, these Celestials were massive and thick-skinned, so they weren't that easy to kill.
Of course, Adam never intended to kill them.
On one hand, he had indeed absorbed an unhatched celestial embryo and imprisoned Arishem the Judge. This was a fact.
Although he did it for his own strength, it was also to protect Earth and its Earthlings.
But from the perspective of the entire Universe, the Celestials were correct; sacrificing one Planet to create more Planets and life.
On the other hand, the Celestials were Eternity's subordinates, the diligent little bees of the Universe.
If he still wanted to get by in the Marvel Universe and didn't want to hide like Chthon, then he couldn't really kill all the Celestials.
All he needed to do was let the Celestials know how formidable he was, so they wouldn't provoke him.
Three days and three nights later, Adam, clad in the ophiuchus gold cloth, radiating golden light, with a base combat power of four billion, Super Saiyan 2 combat power of four hundred billion, and a maximum domain combat power of six hundred billion.
Looked down at the gravely injured Celestials lying on the ground, and floating above them with his hands behind his back, asked:
"Do you submit?"
The Celestials looked at each other but did not answer Adam's question. Submission was impossible.
Their purpose of existence was to create Planets and life, to make this Universe a better place. If Adam's existence affected the balance of the Universe, then they had to eliminate him.
If they lost their life as a result, then it was no big deal.
So even if Adam killed them all, their answer would only be one.
"Do you think I really wouldn't dare to kill you?"
Adam frowned at their reaction.
If these guys didn't back down and came to cause trouble again after recovering, it would be a very troublesome problem.
So a thought of "killing a chicken to scare the monkeys" vaguely arose in his mind. If it came to it, he would kill half of them. This would both deter them and not completely offend Eternity.
Just as this thought slowly gained the upper hand and he began to raise his hand, a beam of light suddenly broke through his domain's restrictions and descended above the Celestials.
Immediately after, an abstract humanoid form, seemingly containing countless galaxies, emerged from that light.
"It's Eternity himself!"
Adam immediately lowered the hand he had just raised.
He had seen Eternity once before, at the moment the Ancient One died and her soul was taken away.
Since Eternity had come, he naturally couldn't kill the Celestials anymore. Although he might not necessarily be unable to defeat this manifestation of Eternity, it was merely a clone.
"I know everything about your situation.
Adam, release Arishem the Judge. As long as you don't destabilize the Universe in the future, the Celestials will not trouble you."
Eternity's voice directly appeared in Adam's mind. Adam nodded without hesitation upon hearing this:
"No problem. I have always taken it upon myself to protect the peace of the Universe. How could I destabilize the Universe?"
As he spoke, he took out the rice cooker he had used to seal Arishem the Judge, unsealed it, opened the lid, and released the gravely injured Arishem the Judge.
He originally had no intention of killing these Celestials; he was mainly worried about them coming to bother him again.
But now that Eternity himself had intervened to mediate, this concern could be dismissed.
This was the outcome he wanted.
Seeing that Adam had no objections, Eternity said nothing more and vanished from the spot.
For Eternity, the Multiverse was his main body, and each Universe was his clone. He had many, many things to deal with.
Adam's strength was good, but not enough to make him particularly important.
What he truly needed to pay attention to were beings like Chthon, Dimensional Demon Godss of Multiversal level who constantly tried to devour Universes and his clones.
Many Universes had been completely destroyed and vanished because of these Dimensional Demon Godss.
If it weren't for the risk of this Universe's Celestials being completely annihilated, and also some words from this Universe's Ancient One, he wouldn't have diverted his attention to handle this matter.
"Hahaha, a misunderstanding, a misunderstanding, it's all a misunderstanding. You see, the great Celestial Eternity approves of me. For the peace and stability of the Universe, everyone should get along well and look after each other in the future.
If you ever need help with anything in the future, you can also come to me. I will certainly not shirk my duty!"
After Eternity left, Adam immediately withdrew his domain, laughed heartily, and approached the gravely injured Celestials, then used healing methods to help them recover from their injuries.
Since he was living in this Universe, it was necessary to maintain good relations with the Celestials.
He wasn't thinking about the Celestials helping him against some powerful enemy in the future; currently, all the Celestials combined couldn't defeat him.
He was thinking that in the future, if the Celestials encountered some powerful Dimensional Demon Gods they couldn't handle and came to him for help, he could then use the Dimensional Demon Gods to plant a God Tree or simply devour it.
"Since Lord Eternity trusts you, then we also trust you."
While Eternity was communicating with Adam, he had also communicated with all the Celestials.
So now, the Celestials' hostility towards Adam had completely vanished.
Compared to humans, beings like the Celestials had almost no emotions, nor did they feel anger, resentment, or jealousy.
Their existence and operational mode were more like robots, just not robots in the traditional sense.
