"The Fidelius Charm is quite an interesting spell; it can even deceive me."
Looking at the building in front of Grimmauld Place, Adam suddenly became interested in Dumbledore's Fidelius Charm.
This was a spell Dumbledore had invented himself, one that even Lord Voldemort didn't know, so naturally, he didn't know it either.
He only knew the Muggle-Repelling Charm.
But compared to the Muggle-Repelling Charm, the Fidelius Charm was far more powerful.
The Muggle-Repelling Charm primarily repelled Muggles, guiding their thoughts so they couldn't see the shielded area.
However, if someone explicitly pointed it out, the shielding effect would disappear.
In Adam's view, it was like a psychological guidance; Muggles, lacking magic and strong mental power, would easily fall for it.
Even if not a Wizard, as long as one's mental power was strong enough, they could actually ignore the effects of the Muggle-Repelling Charm.
The Fidelius Charm was different; he felt its effect already had hints of a rule.
Except for the Secret-Keeper and those informed by the Secret-Keeper, no matter if you were a Wizard or not, no matter how powerful you were, no matter how close you were to the place being kept secret, even if it was right before your eyes, you wouldn't be able to discover it.
Just like 12 Grimmauld Place, it was between number 11 and number 13, yet the Muggles living on either side simply couldn't see number 12.
They never even thought it was abnormal for number 11 to be followed by number 13.
This spell had altered their fundamental perception.
Moreover, everyone standing in Grimmauld Place, when looking towards number 12, had the same thought; they couldn't see the existence of number 12 and didn't find anything wrong with number 11 being followed by number 13.
This included the Death Eaters from earlier and Adam now.
Those Death Eaters had directly used an Bombarda to destroy the entire block precisely because they couldn't find the hidden number 12.
And now, Adam stood there, clearly knowing that number 12 was in front, yet when he looked, he could only see number 11 and the adjacent number 13, completely unable to see number 12.
With his soul and mental strength, at least in this World, no Wizard should be able to compare.
But when he covered the entire area in front of him with his mental power, he got the same answer: it simply wasn't there, as if everything was supposed to be that way.
To have such an effect, it was no longer a simple mental guidance and shielding; it involved the utilization of certain rules.
"It seems this World still has much for me to learn."
At this moment, Adam suddenly understood that while his combat power could indeed crush the entire Harry Potter World, and he could even directly destroy the entire Planet if he wished,
the magic of this World still held many things worth learning.
"Harry, what's wrong with you?"
Seeing Adam suddenly stop in front of the building, Sirius asked, somewhat puzzled.
Adam smiled candidly:
"I can't see number 12."
"Harry, Dumbledore told you the location of the Order of the Phoenix, and you've been here before, how can this be?"
Sirius looked utterly astonished.
Dumbledore was the Secret-Keeper for the Order of the Phoenix, so only those Dumbledore had informed of the address could see number 12.
Before Harry was killed, Dumbledore had already told him the address, and he had also lived at the Order of the Phoenix for a period, so normally, it should be impossible for him not to see the existence of number 12.
"I told you, I am not Harry; I am merely temporarily controlling his body. You can call me Adam.
Harry will only regain control of this body in half an hour."
Adam explained again.
Before Dumbledore's death, Dumbledore was the only Secret-Keeper for the Order of the Phoenix. After Dumbledore's death, all Order of the Phoenix members automatically became Secret-Keepers.
This included Snape.
In the original story, everyone didn't know Snape was an undercover agent and worried that Snape would bring Death Eaters to ambush them at the Order of the Phoenix, so they abandoned the place.
In reality, Snape, as an undercover agent, never brought Death Eaters there.
So later, Harry and the others lived at number 12 for over a month, and the Death Eaters outside never found them because they couldn't see the existence of number 12.
"Adam, right, you're not Harry right now.
Kreacher, go inside and fetch that photo album I left in the living room cabinet."
Looking at Harry's face, Sirius nodded somewhat awkwardly, then turned to command Kreacher, the House-elf among the crowd.
"Yes."
Kreacher responded with a frown.
As the House-elf of the House of Black, he didn't like Sirius. His true Master had always been Regulus, who treated him like family and would rather sacrifice himself than sacrifice him.
However, now Sirius was the Family Head of Black and his only Master, so he had no choice but to obey Sirius's command.
"Wait, also bring out the Slytherin locket Regulus gave you; that's one of Lord Voldemort's Horcrux."
Adam saw Kreacher and suddenly remembered that the Order of the Phoenix was hiding one of Lord Voldemort's Horcrux, so he mentioned it casually.
Years ago, after Regulus discovered Lord Voldemort's true nature, he exchanged Lord Voldemort's hidden Horcrux at the cost of his own life, then had Kreacher bring it back to destroy.
Unfortunately, with Kreacher's strength, he couldn't destroy the Horcrux and could only hide it in a cabinet at home.
"What, Lord Voldemort's Horcrux?"
Upon hearing Adam's words, everyone gasped in surprise.
They hadn't stayed at Hogwarts all this time but had risked wandering under the noses of the Death Eaters, and one of the most important reasons was to search for the Horcrux hidden by Lord Voldemort.
"You'd better ask Kreacher about the details later; he knows exactly what happened."
To save time, Adam didn't explain further but continued to Kreacher:
"Your Master hoped you could destroy that locket. Since you couldn't, bring it out, and I can destroy it, which would fulfill your Master's last wish."
"Okay, I'll go get it."
Kreacher recalled his Master's dying instructions, tears welled up in his eyes, and he Apparated away.
The Wizards' Anti-Apparition Charm was ineffective against House-elves.
"I can't believe we've been searching for Horcrux, and there's one right where we live.
Adam, how did you know?"
Seeing Kreacher disappear, Hermione couldn't help but ask Adam.
Adam smiled and winked:
"Secret!"
Just then, a dark Shadow flew rapidly from a distance towards them, landing in the square in the blink of an eye.
"It's you, traitor!"
Recognizing the newcomer, everyone angrily drew their wands again.
That Shadow was none other than Severus Snape, who had rushed over using a Flying Charm.
"I'm glad you're all right. Harry Potter!"
After landing, Snape looked at the unconscious Death Eaters and the unharmed Order of the Phoenix members in front, also breathing a sigh of relief.
However, when he saw Harry, controlled by Adam, standing there, his entire expression immediately showed disbelief.
