'Invitation?' Kelvin frowned slightly. "From whom?"
The young man paused briefly before answering, "The Young family in Country M."
Kelvin's brows furrowed in confusion. 'The Young family.'
That was an unexpected news and the thought of that name immediately brought back an unpleasant memory.
The last time he had tried reaching out to the Young family for help in locating Sonia, they had practically turned him down.
In fact, their attitude toward him had been so cold that it had almost seemed as though they had deliberately banned him from having anything to do with the Young family.
And now, they were sending him an invitation?
Kelvin narrowed his eyes as suspicion crept into his mind. 'If they banned me from approaching them, doesn't that mean they considered me an enemy?'
'Then why would they send me an invitation now?'
No matter how many times he thought about it, the entire situation remained completely unthinkable.
