Breeder Civilizations were notorious throughout the All Heavens and Myriad Realms. Out of fear and hatred toward them, many Awakened Worlds had formed powerful factions to oppose Breeder Civilizations.
Eliminating Breeder Civilizations before they could fully develop was a top priority.
The Dragon Slayers were one such organization, and they were known for their extremism.
Their infamous reputation was no less than that of the Breeder Civilizations themselves.
This was because their actions were exceptionally ruthless. As long as an Awakened World showed even the slightest abnormality or the potential to become a Breeder Civilization, it would be marked as a target for their pursuit and elimination, with no room for reason or negotiation.
Other forces that sought to eliminate evil would conduct careful investigations, but the Dragon Slayers simply didn't care.
