Azhren gestured to the women in the tent. "Clear the space," he ordered.
The men stood up as several of the women moved quickly. They lifted cups and plates from the low tables in the middle of the space and carried them to the side. The men pushed tables back until a large space opened up in the center of the tent.
A woman with brown hair brought a wicker basket from the corner of the room. She set it on the ground at the center. Another woman with dark hair walked to Isoldea. She untied the leash from the post but kept the collar on. She took Isoldea by the arm and dragged her to the center of the cleared space. Isoldea resisted for a brief second, her body stiff, but the force against her was stronger. The woman pushed down on Isoldea's shoulder until she fell onto her hands and knees. The woman adjusted her position, pushing her elbows down so her face was close to the ground, then stepped back.
