Monday (May 25) — Africa Day & Initial Outreach
The Focus: The Africa Day hosting program.
Ignite EcoGear Task: Interview Scheduling (Notify shortlisted applicants - Batch One).
Execution:
Daytime: Focus entirely on your hosting duties, networking, and executing a flawless program.
Evening (1-2 hours): Once you are back, log into the database Archie gave you access to. Send out the structured notification emails or text messages to Batch One applicants. Give them specific time slot options for Tuesday or virtual options for later in the week.
Tuesday (May 26) — The "On-Site" Sprint
The Focus: In-person availability and initial interviews.
Ignite EcoGear Task: Interviews (Conduct structured interviews) - Me and You.
Execution:
Coordinate with Archie to run the in-person interviews for local applicants who responded to Monday's outreach.
