Leon Black, the first prince and the Heir to House Black... one of the four ruling families of the vampires, was the current president of the student council.
"Is everyone here?"
Leon's blood-red eyes scanned the entirety of the hall before he turned to look at Victoria.
"The first-year representatives would arrive soon, the rest had already arrived—"
"Didn't you tell them the time for the meeting?"
Leon didn't raise his voice, nor had the expressions on his face changed, but everyone in the hall could feel the disappointment in his voice.
"They had been informed, but as it's their first day, some delay is expected."
Victoria stated the obvious.
Though the first years were allowed to miss their lectures for the work of the student council, they still had to report it to their class instructor.
And after doing that, it was natural for the first years to wait for everyone to gather up before heading to the meeting.
