Aether Lupen hopped around, killing beasts with his ice sword and other magic. He looked up and saw the portal had stopped releasing beasts.
"Took it long enough, even so, being able to produce this amount of beasts for a level is absurd,"
Aether climbed up and pulled out his wand from his cloak. Aether pointed his wand up at the sky and casted a large white magic circle that covered the whole Kingdom of Sahhara from up high.
"Nullification Magic,"
This words flashes in Aether's mind as if he was incanting a spell in his mind.
"Now then, time to exterminate those beasts,"

A morning star and a scythe clashes again and again as shadow formed below Will's leg. The shadow tried to grabbed the assistant, Calypso but she hopped up high and stepped on her scythe which falls on Will. Will dodges the attack and swings his morning star at her head. It smashed her skull but somehow she manages to heal herself with her blood. She then started swinging her scythe around her as blood started forming around her. She then moved smoothly as if blood flows through the vein. Will blocked the scythe with the morning star but the blood hit him which he just turned into shadow and formed again behind her. As he tries to use shadow magic to devour her, a reaction filled with mana covered their area which made Will's shadow magic to fail. Calypso also can't use magic which she leaps backward to draw some distance away from Will.
"We may not be able to use magic, but I still can fight with my scythe,"
As she was about to dash at Will, Will raised his left hand and signaled stop to her.
"It'd be pointless to fight in this environment, our magic and mana are nullified, let's talk instead,"
Calypso hesitated for a moment but reluctantly agreed knowing that it would not go well if they continue to fight.
"Fine then, what do you want to talk about?"
"The same question, who is this warlock of yours? Who is Enceladus Lauren?"
"Well, if you're asking from my perspective, he is a heroic man who once saved me during my village were caught on fire by a group of bandits, that heroic expression left a mark in me for a long time, in order to repay him, I'd trained myself so far to reach his level, although he isn't satisfied with my plan,"
"Oh? Then, where are the others? The rest of the SUN Cultist?"
"Master doesn't like his men to interrupt his plan, he has a very big ego I must say, even so, I still love him as he is,"
"Then why are you here?"
"Well...I sneaked in to see what's the commotion now and to find you and the Perfect Mage in the way of his plan,"
Then, a voice interrupted through an earplug that was plugged in at the left ear of Calypso.
"Calypso, how many times do I have to tell you not to interrupt my plan! I can sense your black magic from here, damn it, you truly not know how to heed instructions, you truly are a foolish assistant, I don't even need you, leave this instance!"

The scene suddenly turned into awkward silence.
"Well, you heard the man, I won't let you go the next time we meet,"
"Wait,"

"Aren't you bothered by what he said?"
"It's a part of master's charm,"
"Really? I don't think so,"
"None of your matter, you don't know anything about master!"
Calypso fled away from the battle, leaving Will unattended.

Raye climbed up as the warlock seems to be talking to someone through an intercom.
"That foolish woman, this was supposed to be my achievement, my pride of what I'd done!"
Raye pointed his sword at the warlock as he also climbed up and grabbed his sword.
"I supposed it's time for round two,"
The nullification field casted by the Perfect Mage removed the pains and the effect made by the blood. Raye dashed towards the warlock and clashes his sword against his. the climax grew larger and larger as Raye is adapting in the battle. The warlock kicked Raye away and dashes at Raye. Raye blocked the attack and strike the warlock's sword hard to sent him down onto the ground. The warlock kicked Raye's leg which made him fall onto the ground. The warlock picked up his sword and strike Raye that's on the ground. Raye parried the attack which sent the warlock a few feet back, giving Raye the chance to get back up and make a stance.
"You'll never beat me in sword fight, I'm always better, I'm stronger, you and all people of Sahhara shall bow down to me!"
The warlock, Enceladus Lauren then rushed at Raye. Raye swings his sword at full strength and broke the warlock's sword. The warlock pulled out his wand but Raye slashed the wand in half and placed his sword at the warlock's neck at the left side.
"Give up Warlock Enceladus Lauren, your evil scheme has come to at end,"
"Ha! Do you think you can kill me? Cut my head and everyone will die, the barrier set up by me contains black magic that whoever is inside the barrier shall fall with the same fate as me, this will be a blood fest if you do so, I may die but it would still make an impact to the world, and that! Is my accomplishment of pride,"
"Unfortunate for you, we have the Perfect Mage with us,"
Suddenly, a crack sound sounded in the air. This is the first time the warlock is in distress from the start of the battle.
"I told you so,"

Aether hopped around for a while to warm up himself and then made a running stance. Lightning formed around Aether's legs as he dashed through the city. His hand held a sword borrowed from the guards not too long ago. Every beasts in the city were slayed by Aether. From city to city, town to town, he slayed every beasts, making sure none of them are still alive. Slowly, he had slayed every beasts in the Kingdom of Sahhara on ground. As he was running, he jumped on walls to push himself high up in the sky. Beasts up in the sky all flew towards Aether as he dropped the sword and pulled out his wand.
"El Thundros, Kutravaz!"
The lightning spell made a round among the beasts. From one to another. Slowly, all of the beasts up in the sky were killed by the lightning spell. Aether flew towards the portal and analyze it for a second. He then pointed his wand and cast a spell that shut down the portal, preventing more beasts from coming out of the portal. Aether looked up at the barrier and flew up high. He then places both of his hand together to form a curved ball. He slowly open it and a light ray shot up high. It flew higher and higher, as it touches the top of the barrier, the barrier shattered into glass pieces, freeing the people cursed by the warlock. The broken pieces disintegrate into dust as they fall down.
"My job is done, it's all up to you now, Raye Winston,"

"No No NO!, impossible, my plan, my pride, it's all gone,...,"
"Give it up Enceladus,"
"...I supposed the nullification field casted by the Perfect Mage should be subsided by now, if I'm gonna die, might as well take you down with me!"
The warlock's pulse started beating fast, more and more blood pumped through the body. Raye took a few step back, afraid of what is the warlock going to cast.
"I will take you down with me! If that is gonna be my pride,"
As he was about to explode, the bell hung above them was slowly falling. The roof that's holding the bell slowly dissolved because of the blood of the warlock. It was caught on when the warlock splatters his blood around. It dissolves, making it weaker and weaker.
"Well then, farewell bit-"
The bell fall onto the warlock, making a loud sound. Raye and Al covered their ears. The bell falls through layers and layers, from the top of the tower until the bottom.
"Is it over?"
"I supposed it is,"
Raye swings his sword to clear the blood off the sword only to return his sword back to its sheath.
"Our battle is over, we did it,"
"...It was my honor to fight you, Warlock Enceladus Lauren, it is my pride to do so,"
