When he extended his vision to the edge of the world, he noticed that the surface seemed to curve and dip away. So there was no limit to the size of the third heaven in sight. Instead, there was a horizon where the ground seemed to meet the sky.
The sky itself was pitch black, forming a stark contrast with the white ground. The sky also reminded him of something he had seen before.
"Isn't this the sky above the first heaven? It is also above the second heaven."
"Now that I think about it, I saw this pitch darkness at the edge of the Sea of Worlds too. It seems to be everywhere."
When he looked down between the gaps in the fragmented land masses, he saw a large black void. But the void wasn't completely empty. There were occasional sprinkles of multicolored earth across it.
