Monarch Ant Hill had no faith in the homunculi since her specially bred ant had failed, so she didn't want to bet anymore. Unfortunately for her, the choice wasn't hers anymore.
After giving the offer a lot of thought, Money Body said in reply, "I appreciate the offer. But I'll have to pass on. I guess I am not confident in my capabilities as a leader."
Loki smiled and said, "How about this? If you fail, I won't get total control of your life. I just want you to leave me alone after the mission for a hundred years."
This time, Ant Hill wanted to accept the bet. After all, there was nothing for her to lose and her freedom to gain if she won.
She was quick to come to that decision, and so was Money Body in coming to his decision. Without thinking about it, Money Body shook his head and said, "No."
