The long-haired boy walked out from a corner, his expression as blank as usual. He cast a glance at Kiera, then returned his gaze to Kaiser.
"You went too far, Kaiser."
The young man chuckled. "I did? I'm already showing mercy by not killing them."
Ariel didn't agree, his gaze fixated on him.
"The condition you left them in—especially Apollo. I cannot agree with you, Ariel."
Hearing that monotone voice speaking like a higher authority, Kaiser was starting to get irritated.
"Ariel, leave. I don't have the heart to tolerate you at this moment."
The long-haired boy shook his head, then suddenly attacked Kaiser.
He turned into a blur, the sole of his shoe impacting Kaiser's crossed arms the next second.
Bang!
Kaiser held firm, but Ariel wasn't pushed back either. The two of them exchanged a few probing attacks, testing each other's strength, and they were both surprised.
