Kaiser looked at her and nodded plainly.
"It's about you indeed. But I've decided to leave it all to you. It's your decision to make."
Maya's brows furrowed. "What decision?"
"You will know when the time is right."
The girl laughed heartily. "You really sound like those mysterious fellows from the mystery books I've read. Not bad."
He shrugged, then checked the time. It was almost noon. Also, there was a message from Hazel.
"I think you should go back now and rest. It's almost time for lunch."
The girl peeped over to check the time and nodded.
"You're right. I didn't eat much before coming this morning. What about you? You're still staying?"
Kaiser nodded as they stepped outside the training room.
"I have a meeting with a classmate. So I'll be staying behind."
Maya understood and bid him farewell before leaving.
Just a few seconds after she left, Hazel walked up to him, her expression slightly cold.
"I didn't expect you to be so cozy with that Class-C girl."
