Lioaraeth had always been told she was a fast flier. It was a compliment she took rather immense pride in when she was a young girl.
No one had ever beaten her.
And in just a single morning, she was pushed to her very limits by three very egotistical and vain horses.
The only reason they hadn't beaten her by at least six miles was that they had no idea where they were going. She was certain that the ride back home would not be so good for her ego.
"Unbelievable... Bested by three animals...!"
Mercy, Scorn, and Trauma normally would have reacted rather negatively to being called animals, but their egos were already more than satiated after their victories.
