Chapter 69 - Chapter 68: Small Space, Big Chaos

Koharu parked the car right outside her building. The engine stopped, but neither of them moved immediately. Sakura finally reached for the door, about to step out—but suddenly, Koharu grabbed her wrist.

"Ma'am," Koharu said with a smirk, "where is the dropping fee?"

Sakura paused, then turned toward her with a small, mischievous smile. "You sure you want it here? Then I won't give you anything in your room."

For a second—

Koharu froze.

Her eyes widened.

"Nooooo—!"

But before she could say anything else, Sakura quickly got out of the car.

Koharu followed right after her, shaking her head, already regretting her own question.

---

As they entered, Sakura looked around.

The flat was small.

Simple.

At the entrance, there was a washroom, then a small hall, followed by a compact kitchen, and a balcony at the end—all in one straight line.

But what caught Sakura's attention the most—

was the decoration.

Sakura flowers.

Everywhere.

Subtle.

But meaningful.

Her expression softened.

---

Koharu walked in first, disappearing into the kitchen for a moment.

Then suddenly—

she came out wearing an apron.

Holding an imaginary spoon.

Acting like she was cooking.

"Ohh honey, you're home," she said dramatically.

Sakura couldn't help but smile.

Before she could respond, Koharu walked up to her, leaned in—and kissed her quickly, then grabbed her hand and pulled her inside, closing the door behind them.

She made Sakura sit on the bed, then slowly took off her own jacket like a shy housewife.

Sakura watched the whole act, smiling.

"You really love being a wife, don't you?" she teased.

---

Koharu paused.

Then smirked.

"Oh no… you got it wrong."

In one quick move, she pushed Sakura back onto the bed and hovered over her.

"I might act shy…"

She leaned closer.

"But you're the kitten here."

---

Sakura's breath hitched slightly.

Their faces moved closer.

Closer.

Until finally—

their lips met.

Soft.

Slow.

Unrushed.

Like they had all the time in the world.

---

And then—

RING.

---

Both of them froze.

Koharu closed her eyes in frustration.

"…Seriously?"

Her phone kept ringing.

Sakura blinked, then sighed.

"The food delivery."

The moment—

completely ruined.

---

Koharu pouted like a child.

"You ordered food and now you're ruining my moment?"

Sakura rolled her eyes, lightly pushing her aside as she got up.

"Excuse me? You're blaming me?"

---

Koharu lay back on the bed dramatically.

"Hmmm… but I was already having my dinner."

She smiled widely.

Looking straight at Sakura.

---

Sakura stared at her.

Speechless.

Then shook her head.

"…You're unbelievable."

---

Koharu just laughed.

Because honestly—

she didn't even try to deny it.
