Toshiro looked at the suddenly appearing Isane and said irritably.
"Is that so... Then I'll leave." Isane pouted, looking aggrieved.

It wasn't that Isane specifically chose to sit next to Toshiro, it's just that Toshiro happened to be sitting on Unohana's right, while on Unohana's left was a low table with a flask of sake and cups.
So Isane had no choice but to sit next to Toshiro, and Toshiro ended up sandwiched between Unohana and Isane.
'What a pity, I couldn't have one on each side...' For a moment, a strange thought crossed Toshiro's mind, but it was quickly shaken out of his head.
After Isane sat down beside him, Toshiro glanced at her and couldn't help but pause.

Isane was so angry she stammered for a long time, not knowing what to say.

Seeing Toshiro and Isane bickering, Unohana couldn't help but cover her mouth and chuckle.
"Captain! Captain Hitsugaya is bullying me. Not only do you not help me, but you also laugh at me." Isane said somewhat coquettishly.

Unohana glanced tenderly at Toshiro leaning against her, then picked him up and walked towards the First Treatment Room.

"Please lie down and rest properly, okay? You're making things difficult for me."
"Hey, hey! You're so annoying! I told you, I'm fine! If you keep nagging, believe I'll tear your skin off!"
Several fierce-looking Shinigami were arguing with a frail 4th Division's member.
Other 4th Division's members nearby whispered among themselves.
"So noisy. Who are those people?"
"They're from the 11th Division."
