The two sat on the floor as they looked at the Sensei. Riven looked at the old man and noticed he eyes were shut, he tilted his head a bit to the girl and asked,
"Why are his eyes shut?"
But before she could answer they were cut off by the groan of the man. He bent his head facing the floor, then he looked at Riven.
"What is your name?"
The sensei asked
"Riven, Riven Kaelit."
He answered boldly.
The old man faced him as he stretched his beard a bit. The sensei then asked him another question.
"What do you remember?"
He asked as he placed his hands on the floor. Riven thought for a bit, but he couldn't tell actually.
"All I remember was, I was out at night after curfew and was attacked by some monsters."
He said with a lost face.
The Sensei frowned at Riven's response, he stroked his short beard and said,
"That was no normal monster. What did they look like?"
"They kinda looked like monstrous human beings, but like if they were abused or haven't eaten for a while."
Riven answered with a concerntrated face.
"Those which attacked you were HAZKES!"
Sensei said, then he continued.
"There are beasts which roam about but we don't actually call them beasts for they named themselves... THE CRACKS AND THE HAZKES! These creatures possess powers, each one has a type or kind of power, and could be quite difficult in defeating them if not prepared. The cracks and hazkes have different powers but there's a hierarchy, the cracks are higher than the hazkes and even the cracks have a hierarchy of their own. With different levels, stages and more"
The sensei swiftly pointed out his finger at him, his nails were long, sharp and pointed like sharpened swords. Riven was a bit shocked by his action and shivered a bit looking at the finger. The sensei seriously said,
"But this one is like non other, no level description, just sensed highest."
"Sensei, then what do we do with him?"
The girl asked.
The old man smiled making a little sound facing her and answered calmly,
"We must KILL HIM!"
"WHAT?!!"
Riven shouted like a crazy guy.
"Why?!"
The girl asked with concern.
Riven was freaking out a bit by the sensei's sentence. He was trying to convince them and said,
"Maybe just take what you want... You mustn't kill... You...."
'SLASH'
The sensei swiftly Pierced his nail through his cheek and slashed it out immediately opening a deep but small cut, Riven faced down as he held his cheek with one of his hands, he saw the drops of blood from his cheek appear on the floor massively. The girl was shocked and gasped as she looked at Riven, then looked at the Sensei.
"Sensei, why'd you hurt him?"
She asked seriously as she moved towards Riven and put her hand on his cheek while looking at him.
"To see what'll happen."
He thought in his mind but said aloud to the girl,
"He shouldn't interrupt a serious conversation."
The sensei and the girl soon heard chuckles and Snickers in the room, then they saw it was Riven, his laugh was eerie, scary, nice but heavy and devious. He looked up and his eyes were golden brown, it looked dangerous but shimmered like beautiful destruction. The girl was terrified and ran towards the sensei.
"Riven?! What's wrong with you?"
She asked.
Riven didn't answer, he stood up and looked at the Sensei. The girl asked what is wrong with Riven.
"The entity has taken over him."
The sensei answered.
He stood up facing riven, he placed his hands ready for battle as he observed Riven's body.
'ENERGY DRAIN!'
A faint green glow appeared on the sensei's hands, he swiftly moved ready to punch him, but he didn't see anymore, he appeared in a corner of the room. The sensei looked at the girl and nodded, then understood the message, she teleported the sensei towards Riven, the sensei moved fast in silence... But he was faster and more silent. He disappeared, they both looked around the room but didn't see, both of them came together side by side turning around in unison. Sensei tried to sense any strength or energy around the room, but couldn't even sense theirs.
"That's strange, I can't sense any energy or power."
Sensei whispered to the girl.
The thought of what sensei said and then asked in fear.
"Wait? What do you mean you can't sense any energy in the room?"
"Sensei look out!"
The girl shouted.
A spear was thrown directly to the sensei, he knocked it out with his hands and saw him, sensei was curious and afraid to ask this question.
"Who are you?"
But no response was given, he looked at him with a mild face. The sensei faced him while riven did the same, their eyes met but riven squinted his eyes.
"Ha! He cannot use that power on me."
The sensei thought with a happy but serious tone.
'AAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHH!'
The sensei screamed from the extreme pain he started feeling, his eyes which were once closed shut were open wide revealing his eyes, blood rolled down the eye which steamed like smoke, his hands were twisted like rubber, he fell to his knees screaming in pain.
As riven stepped towards the sensei, he didn't see the girl anymore, he closed his eyes calmly and raised his two fingers up which held the girl's neck, she was about to strike him with her sword but was caught. The two groaned in pain and agony.
"I... Feel... S... O... Weak, like if I have no power anymore."
The sensei said as he fell to the ground in total exhaustion and defeat. The girl as well was at her defeat but crawled towards Riven slowly, but was not quite enough and was caught by riven, the girl looked at him and all she saw an empty soul in that occupied body. Then as he was about to Destroy them both, he started resisting, riven knelt down with his hands on his stomach, he grunted and groaned like one in deep pain.
'THUD!'
He fell on the floor facing up, the sensei gasped and breathed out in relief as he regained himself, the girl got up and the two approached riven, they looked at him as he was on the floor. The sensei was terrified of this incident as he looked at Riven's face, he cringed and shivered, while the girl looked at his handsomeness, surprisingly he was dangerous, but as she was looking at him at the moment, he looked quite breathe taking, his hair balanced nicely on his face, and his face was nice, but she noticed that the injury he sustained from sensei was gone.
As Riven was unconscious on the floor, he looked fresh, clean and bearly injured while the the sensei and the girl looked like they were beaten up by a thousand warriors, they both started in awe as they looked at themselves and then looked at Riven's face and body contrasting it.
"The entity is too powerful, even I wasn't able to launch a proper attack on him, we can't destroy him not because of the host but because the entity could live on and take on another body. I sensed this boy is strong enough to contain it and that's why he turned back."
Sensei said to the girl.
She agreed to what he said and nodded saying that anyone else might die or could fully get taken over by it.
"The boy is quite unaware of everything that happened now, and is unfamiliar with a new thing like this. We can't leave him here or let him go."
The sensei said with caution.
"Then what do we do?"
The girl asked looking at him seriously.
The sensei sighed and answered,
"We train him, were he will be able to control everything better."
"WHAT?!!"
The girl shouted, then continued,
"Sensei, we don't actually know what could trigger him, he might destroy us all at once, they will come after him, attacking us. He can't."
The sensei stated that it would be more worse if he is not trained. He explained that he needs to grow, not only in power, but in other parts of his life.
Sensei carried Riven and gave him to the girl, she grunted at bit as she did.
"Go! Tell them it's urgent and from me, that all should be provided and required for him."
The sensei said to her to deliver the message. She opened a portal and walked through it and the portal closed.
The sensei went back and sat down closing his eyes and chuckled saying,
"Such cute love birds."
The sun rose brightly, shinning everywhere and then the reflection from the bright sun light shun lightly on Riven. He woke up in an unfamiliar room, he stretched his arms and legs and got down from the bed 🛏️, he yawned loudly and for a long time as he strached his head.
"I gotta get to school."
He yawned.
He entered the bathroom and looked at the toothbrush, it was purple instead of grey, and the bathroom looked different, he went back to the bedroom and noticed there were to beds, the whole place looked different. He looked at himself, he saw he was okay but then he tries to remember, but nothing comes to mind.
'Tap Tap!'
Riven turns and sees it was the girl he met yesterday, he screamed a moved back in fear.
"Hurry up, we have to go Riven!"
The girl said as she was annoyed with his behavior. Riven was still freaking out about everything here.
"What? How did I end up here... Wait! Did we... Did I ?"
He asked with muffled words and sounds, the girl calmed him down by telling him that whatever he's thinking didn't happen. She told him hurry up and get dressed, then he asked her where, she gave a big sigh as she heard his annoying question
"Back to school okay?!"
She answered sarcastically and left slamming the door.
Riven came wearing a blue and white shirt with black jeans, he followed the girl and he looked around but noticed some differences. He noticed the hall looked bigger than his school.
"Wait, how do you know my school, I've never seen you before?"
He asked with curious eyes.
The girl ignored him and told him to continue following him. Before he could ask any further questions, he was pushed into a room by the girl, they both entered the room together, riven saw a bunch of strange and unidentified students in different uniforms than his. Then the teacher brought him foward infront and introduced him as the girl stood behind, he saw that she was not wearing a uniform as the rest, but was comfortable with it. The teacher shook riven on the shoulder and said to the class,
"Class, this is Sir Kaelit Riven."
Then to riven,
"Welcome Riven, to the Black Steins Warrior Academy."
"Wait?! What! This isn't my school... And did he just say warrior"
